I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. When I leave my laptop with "professionals," I expect to receive my device back in the condition in which they received it, not damaged! It seems as though the technician put too much pressure to pry open the case which caused 2 dents on the laptop (pictured). Prior to dropping it off for service, I took the laptop apart and removed the hard drive prior WITHOUT a single scratch. I am extremely upset and will not be returning there for any future service. Also, BE AWARE- remove all your data before taking it in for service. I'm glad I removed the hard drive which had sensitive data on it and ALSO ensured that I removed the sensitive files from the hard drive itself when I was requested to bring the hard drive back in so the laptop could be tested. After receiving it back, I checked the history on all aspects of my laptop and noticed that certain files/docs were accessed on the EXACT date I dropped off the hard drive. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and done WITHOUT any authorization or consent!

Ed and Arthur are great.
The owner Ed is highly knowledgeable , attentive, and more than fair on price.

My prebuilt cyberpower computer failed just after two month of owning it and ed quickly diagnosed the problem that i would not of found in my own.

He also noticed the cooler that came with the computer was not strong enough to keep the cpu running efficiently.

It took almost 3 weeks for cyberpower to send the part out but once it arrived ed installed the part and the new cooler almost immediately.

It was frustrating and sad to have my brand new gaming pc in the shop just after 2 months of having it ,but after Ed and the team at computer’s direct worked on it it now runs better than ever and even looks much nicer with the new cooler .A unfortunate event turned into a nice little upgrade. If you’re thinking about buying a prebuilt computer DONT and have Ed build you one. If I would’ve known what I know now i would of had him build me one in a heartbeat.

These guys are AWESOME. I took my shut down desk top to them in a garbage bag in a monsoon. The added 16 gig of memory and cleaned it up, never ran better, even new. Then I took them my real problem child, an older laptop that was slow as pushing a dump truck up a hill. It needed a new hard drive and battery and I added memory because of the charts I use. It had never been touched in over 8 years. I can't belive how well it runs now. I am a day trader, so I MUST have fast dependable computers. These guys rock, and reasonably priced.

I had a great experience at this place of business. Edward and Vincent were so helpful. They fixed my computer. They went out of their way to keep the cost as low as possible for me. Edward took the time & effort to include in the repair components that not only fixed my problem, but improve the speed & operating of my computer. Computers direct is an honest kind, considerate business. They really seem to respect & care about their customers.

These guys are flat out the best. Why? They know exactly what they are doing and are great with customers. I have a laptop that was repaired by another personwho did not know what he was doing. During a keyboard replacement he broke a number of things in the machine and gave it back to me. It was not functioning properly. Edward looked at it and immediately had an idea what was done wrong by other repair person. They called me with updates and sourced a replacement part. The machine made it back it to me with everything working as it should. I highly recommend them! What matters is experience when it comes to laptop and other PC repairs.

Great store for any computer parts you need. They also have used parts and new parts. Used monitors in almost new shape. Owner is very nice. I went in looking for a small screw to install my SSD M.2 and he went and looked for one specific that works for me and he gave it to me for free. I was willing to pay for it, but he gave it to me for free. Great guy. Very helpful

Was having issues with my computer shutting down randomly while gaming. I was recommended this place seen good comments so I went in. I was greeted by Edward I explained my issue. We set up my computer so he could see the problem. We figured it out he gave me a great price to fix it. He honestly made sure I was completely satisfied with my repair.
