The men there were very helpful. I was looking for a concrete mixer and they showed me the right ones and buy. Very nice attitude and good atmosphere. I would recommend anyone go there if they're looking for tools, bye Buy, rent or even repairs.

Tight manuevering area for docks they have so much stuff in the yard. The warehouse is the same to much stuff in there all over the place honestly looks like an accident waiting to happen. Some of the staff was kind and courteous but others were rude and obnoxious. They move slow but i suppose if i was working here i would move slow too. Maybe the front end is nicer but back here in the warehouse be careful.

I found colony hardware one of the few "real" hardware stores Left to choose from in the home Depot/ Lowe's Monopoly. They had the best of the best equipment. Knowledge on point. Very helpful and friendly. If I had to sum it up quickly, I would have to say it's the professionals hardware store!

One of those places were you have to ask for a price for every single thing, plus service center is something else. This is the letter i sent to milwaukie after my experience with their tool service center(colony hardware)
Dear Milwaukee, this is just to let you know about my experience with your tool and service. Through the years of my journey in construction business I happen to own couple of Supper Sawzalls by Milwaukee. Great tool! One of which is a little older and another one still under warranty. Both happen to have same problem, just stopped working in a middle of action. When first one broke I just ran to Home Depot to buy another one because I was in a middle of project and it seems to be a best tool on a market. When the second one did same thing to me, I looked up a service center for Milwaukee tools and dropped them off for diagnostics and possible repair. In about a week the representative of service center (Colony Hardware 269 S Lambert Rd. Orange CT) contacted me with the estimate that included a bill for a new supporting foot. I refused to pay for the part because I had it stored in the box for saw, not attached to the tool. In reply the representative said that colony hardware can not address the issue unless it is taken care of 100% and I can just pick up my tools unrepaired if they can not doo it all. In about another week I stopped by Colony Hardware to get my saws, and was I surprised when the technician brought out two bags of screws and parts. I was told that according to CT law they are not allowed to put it back together (after diagnostics, really?). I emptied one of the bags and discovered that parts are missing. After long conversation with someone from management another technician was called out (one that actually did the work) and he kindly offered to put parts back together into complete tool (I wonder what happened to that law?). Even that was done supper sloppy. The parts from the newer tool were clearly mixed with parts from the older one, and none of the screws were tightened, all loose. So which tool is still under warranty and which is not no one can tell now. And I actually doubt that one of them saws is actually mine at all.
In conclusion I feel like to let you know Milwaukee I am posting this letter and negative review for Milwaukee service on every site that is willing to accept it, and there is no way I am putting any money in another tool by Milwaukee.
