I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator last Labor day. The sales people were great super fast and simple. When the refrigerator was delivered on September 12 and unboxed at my house there was scuffs on the door, pictures taken , call's made the the office and I was assured the door would be replaced. Weeks went by , numerous phone calls made and was told when Whirlpool gets a door they will send it out. Here we are on May 12 , 8 months later and I just received a call my door is in and they want to make an appointment. My feeling is Cocca's or The Appliance Man appeared to do nothing to help expedite my being a satisfied customer but blame Whirlpool who don't get me wrong are equally to blame for this lack of customer service....buyer beware

Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from cocca’s appliances during covid. It is a counter depth refrigerator. 2 doors, bottom freezer, and cooler drawer. Loved it. We had an issue with ice machine. Thanks to cocoas extra 3 year warranty program it was covered. After a few months later after the warranty expired our freezer stopped working. They came evaluated and said the parts would be over $850. Not counting labor. We reached out to Cocca’s that we would prefer a new one. Frank Cocca was very accommodating and always kept us in the loop.
Within a couple weeks we received our new refrigerator and took away the old one. They stayed in touch the whole time. 5 stars service in my book. Will go back for future appliance purchases. The Planz Family.

Ordered a dryer from them, got the run around of where it was come the day of pickup. Had to call 5 different times to verify it was actually received or not. Employees were very disorganized and on top of that were arguing about commissions one of the times I went to pick up my dryer. I ordered a pig tail with my machine and it was there and then asked me which one I needed instead of actually knowing the products they sell and gave me the wrong one. Not happy overall and probably won’t be back to purchase another item from them

The merchandise is fine, the support system leaves a lot to be desired, I paid a $400 deposit on VISA for my refrigerator; day before delivery I was informed credit cards not accepted at delivery...I had to go the bank at 2:00 p.m. and purchase a bank check for the balance on the appliance...there really is no "fraud" possibility here, deposit went through, and it was being delivered to my home?

Where do I begin? Purchased 6 appliances from Cocca’s for a new Airbnb I own. Dryer arrived with a large white scratch across the dark gray paint and a big dent in the side. Delivery guys told me to call and receive money off the appliance because swapping it out and waiting weeks wasn’t an option. They quickly offered me $75 off. I spent $7,800 on new appliances and am a returning customer, I thought they would offer a bit more for the headache. They said they had to reach out to their “rep” to grant a larger discount. I waited weeks and had to make several phone calls back and forth in order to have a $100 credit given. Next the freezer isn’t working, just after 30 days of purchase. Called Frigidaire to get help and they said my appliance was already registered under a different customer. It took several phone calls back and forth to Cocca’s to get this resolved and either the line is busy, someone is on a lunch break or the person answering doesn’t have a clue. Do yourself a favor and go some place else. UPDATE: the appliance man came out several days later and fixed the freezer issue. I was happy they fit me in quickly and are always good at what they do.

My name is Florence Oropallo and I have been going to Cocca’s Appliances for over 25 years now to purchase appliances for my home and I highly recommend them !
Some of the items I have purchased from them over the years are a Double oven/ stove, a Microwave oven, a SpeedQueen washer, Frigidaire Refrigerator etc.
I have never had a problem and can’t say enough great things about this company.
They went above and beyond to make me happy and satisfied. They are reliable, honest and professional with a friendly staff including the delivery drivers!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else I give them 5 stars.
