When my husband and I entered their main showroom and outdoor furniture section, we were amazingly surprised. Dennis, Mark and everyone including the delivery crew were awesome. We furnished our home and patio with very high quality furniture. The home decorations are also very beautiful. We highly recommend anyone new in town to check this store out first!!

My sister and I stumbled into this store and was amazed how "beachy" all the furniture and home decor was. We got to meet the owner and the staff was all very friendly, we will definitely be purchasing a few pieces from them in the future I'm sure!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture here. There were no high pressure sales and overall it was a nice experience, that is until we tried to return a few items that didn't fit the space. Mind you, the items were not listed as a closeout and were not a special order. The owner, Dennis refused. Mind you, the return items were not listed as a closeout, were returned shortly after delivery, and were not a special order. In addition, the cost of the return items were a very small fraction of the cost of my total purchase price.

When I brought the items to the store to return them, Dennis again refused. He would not provide me with a copy of the stores return policy and offered a lot of excuses that made no sense. Needless to say, I canceled a pending order that I had with them and left the return items at the store after I was told to leave. The owner chuckled saying things like the customer is not always right and you think you're going to put me out of business? No, maybe not, but I will share my experience. This business has absolutely no integrity and I would not recommend buying anything here.

I recently visited Coastal Furniture in Hudson, FL in search of living furniture. I had the best customer experience working with Kenny. I am not the easiest person for knowing what I want but once I wandered around the store, Kenny was able to help me put my room together and made it a fun experience. He is very knowledgeable about the furniture pieces, fabrics, delivery time, etc. There was no sales pressure.....only a true helping hand to be sure that I was happy. I highly recommend Coastal Furniture and Kenny.

There are still "GOOD" people in our community that are willing to help others when needed! Dennis, from Coastal Furniture, located at 14158 US Hwy 19, Hudson, Florida 34667, came to our rescue when a power recliner, only 3 years old, stopped working. The furniture store we purchased it from was closed due the owners retiring and we had no idea what to do. We called the manufacturer in Indiana, they contacted the sales representative in our area, and he contacted Dennis at Coastal Furniture in Hudson. Dennis came to our home personally, twice, wrestled with our chair, ordered several parts from the manufacturer, and had his professional service technician install a new motor in our chair this morning. Total cost for the motor and technician was $150 compared to purchasing a new recliner which would have been upward of $900-$1000 at a minimum. Dennis was not obligated to do anything, however, he simply chose to help us. My husband and I sincerely thank Dennis and appreciate the time and effort he gave to our dilemma of which he was under no obligation to do anything. Thank you Dennis!!!

We absolutely love, love, love our kitchen set and bedroom set. The delivery crew was polite and went out of their way to make sure our furniture was where we wanted it. Quality furniture at great prices!!! My furniture is an investment as I don’t buy new things often. I purchased a couch from a “big box store” and it was falling apart in 6 months. I don’t have to worry about that with what Coastal provided me! 2 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 0 problems!!!! Love my couches!
