The 3-wire controller I was sent didn't work at all (would not light either set of lights), so I was sent a replacement, which didn't work either. One of the two channels was bad on the replacement, so no chasing effects, just one set of lights would light up. Support kept insisting I was doing something wrong even though I tested the voltage output, explained what was happening and even sent a video. They finally connected me to someone in support at the manufacturer, who confirmed what I had been saying all along and offered to send a replacement. I still have not received it, so I ended up requesting a refund and have since purchased and received the same controller on E-bay, which worked as soon as it was connected. So buyer beware, their support leaves a lot to be desired and seems to lack a basic understanding of electricity and how their products (should) work.

I had the most wonderful experience buying some great lights . Eaman the sales lady is outstanding and helped out with great understanding and enthusiasm. . Prices are a bit high but quality and service is amazing . Overall experience was as always wonderful . I want to thank the gentleman at the back who loaded my lights as well . Very nice and polite . Respectful and helpful .

2 of the 5 canisters were obviously new and in a box. The other 3 were without a box, and were loose in the shipping box. All 3 were scarred, but 2 of those 3 were scuffed up pretty badly. They appear to be have been or abused in the warehouse or maybe even used, because the scuffs seem to be too severe to have happened in transit. Not happy...

I had a major remodeling project which took about a year. I bought all my lighting fixtures and switches from Coast lighting. Greg, the owner, is very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible in doing business. Their store staff are professional, especially Emann who was very responsive and helpful .Their warehouse staff are pleasant and cooperative, especially Litto who is very friendly and knows where everything is. I will do business with them again and strongly recommend them

Beautiful selection of both modern and traditional pieces, including indoor and outdoor lighting. Emann went out of the way to help us, and even phoned up the manufacturer of one of the pieces we were interested in to confirm it was in stock. Great store and great service!
