Arrived on scheduled day and time. Supervisors were knowledgeable as well as the other hardworking men. They replaced an air handler in our attic, replaced air ducts for proper air flow.

Climatic is a stellar small business that takes customer service to a level not seen much these days. Yesterday they installed a new HVAC unit in my condo. Definitely more coordinating in a condo between needing a crane and dealing with security protocols and Climatic made it a pleasant and seamless experience. Top notch company that I have found to be honest, transparent, no upselling, polite, conscientious & respectful of your home. Everyone I interacted with was a pleasure from the owner Marcus to project manager Jeff, Paul, technicians Zach & Juan and Amy. I also purchased maintenance contracts with them as their service is superior to what other HVAC companies I have used offer. Climatic does not charge a premium to their clients needing emergency service after hours or on holidays. I have had maintenance contracts with other reputable companies but was charged exorbitant after hours fees when emergency service was required. Thank you Climatic for a great experience!

At Last – An Honest Company! Very grateful to have found this business through the Carrier Website Customer Service. Vast difference between this company and other completely unreasonable A/C Companies in the local area. The staff have a “Down-Home Attitude” – very helpful and accommodating. So glad that I have found them. Honest billing and hard working. I much appreciated.

Jean-Claud kept us informed of arrival time, introduced himself when he arrived. Very professional and knowledgeable answering our questions, we liked the fact that CC provides pictures of their work related to receiving an estimate.
The same can be said for Colin and Tim they completed the compressor replacement on Trane system. Kept us updated and didn't mind answering questions again providing pictures of service completed.
