Went in to look for lamps with a store credit. When I asked a question about one of the lamps, the older blonde woman was incredibly rude to me. I asked her to call the store in Hudson about a different lamp, and she refused to call and assist in any way. I have had multiple bad experiences with this woman and always feel unwelcome in the store when she is there. Also, many other retailers online sell the merchandise for $50 cheaper than she does in the store. I would typically advise supporting local businesses, but in this case, I recommend saving your money and buying it for cheaper elsewhere.

I have bought many things at this store and regret it. The service is appalling by the main older blonde woman. She treats you like she is doing you a huge favor. This is the second encounter with her rude attitude. How she is front facing with customers is shocking. I will NEVER shop here again-and believe me…. Many others will follow. I am all about supporting local businesses- but having someone so awful be in charge of “assisting” is not good for business. Last week I was in there and asked about a specific color for a product- she and the younger girl by the cashier take my number and said they can check about the color way and order. When I did not hear back I came back in and was shocked that they would have NEVER said that since it is not possible to get things in other colors. Also a lie, bc I did order a specific color of another product they did not carry in store. The gentleman at the time was great to work with. Sum it up- shop elsewhere where your business is appreciated.
