Jeff is hands down THE BEST! I moved into a huge empty house and he helped me make it into a home with NO stress! He had the best patience with me picking out what i thought i liked and then helping me build off of it from there! I won’t get furniture anywhere else or shop through anyone else! We recently purchased a beautiful blue sectional from Cleo’s Furniture, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Antonio, our sales associate, was fantastic. He was especially kind and patient with our oldest, who is autistic, which meant the world to us. Antonio was very knowledgeable about the furniture, offering to get a measuring tape when we mentioned we needed specific dimensions and giving us the space to look around without feeling pressured.

With his help, we found the perfect couch that fits our room perfectly. Our kids have been living on it since it arrived, and our youngest has repeatedly said, "It’s so beautiful, and I love it!" My husband and I are so proud of our new sectional, and we highly recommend Cleo's Furniture—especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Antonio!

This has been the worst experience I have had with any company since I have been alive. They sell you a five year warranty from guardsman warranty to ensure your furniture if it breaks will get repaired then the manufacturer warranty says you have to bring the entire sectional into the store to get fixed in the 1st year then the 5 year warranty has to be reported in 30 days and my issues were and then they say it’s past the 30 days and make you pick up the parts yourself instead of the technician who’s supposed to fix it this whole experience is a joke. Then everybody you talk to lies about getting back with you. The customer service for warranty company doesn’t know what they are doing. And if you try to talk to anyone on the phone you got a better chance of call Jesus Christ and getting him on the phone then talking to anybody at Cleo’s. Magically they are a whole company with no telephones

We just moved to Little Rock and Cleo’s has been fabulous. We’ve visited a number of times and Boone and Jason have been awesome. We chose three great pieces for our new house and Jason even helped us with paint colors. Boone and Jason were welcoming, professional, and we would definitely recommend this great store!

I went to Cleo’s looking for a bedroom suit on 8/5/23. When I walked in I was greeted with such by Orlando who was so professional and made us feel so welcome. We told him we were looking for a bed and had been in here on 3 different occasions and just browsing at the beds. We showed him the bed we had been looking at. Because he took the time to show us ALL about the bed we decided to purchase it. We told him we needed a mattress as well. He took us back to look at those took the time explain those we inquired about. We ended the day with a complete new bed with mattress and set up delivery as well. Orlando listen to us and explained in detailed everything. His customer service was GREAT and I will be coming back to buy from Cleo’s again.
