Customer service in person was great. Delivery was fine overall but I asked them multiple times why the bed frame was scratched and they said “it’ll wipe right off, it’s just dust” and it has yet to come off. It’s wild to have paid so much for these incredibly visible lines on my *new* furniture.

Bought a table from their showroom, as shown as it was cheaper. No scratches when we inspected, their staff delivered it, and installed it with no issues.

This is a family owned business. We decided to walk in here and just browse weeks prior to purchasing, and their prices and products did not disappoint. We walked in here on a Saturday about 10 minutes prior to closing, and they were in no rush to get us out of the door. Will continue to use them for future purchases.

We’ve now bought a bedroom set (king bed frame, dresser and nightstands) as well as a living room set (couch and loveseat). The owners and salespeople really care, they are so patient and helpful. The furniture was delivered when promised and the delivery people were very kind and careful. The furniture itself is absolutely fabulous quality. We’ll continue to go back again and again.

Shopping for furniture was daunting until I came to Clayton Furniture. This was my first visit after going to several locations in the Clayton and Concord area.

I was pleased to have been met with a friendly smile, but no pressure, I was left to browse politely with my family. Right in the window was a chair that perfectly matched my home furniture it was priced fairly with heat and massage features. Management made a deal with a smile in less than two minute of conversation, no long process or debate, very friendly team, and delivery will be in less than a week. I really couldn't ask for anything else. I really like the feeling of supporting local business as well. Good selection!

Horrible Quality! Don't waste your money, their products fall apart right away and their customer service could care less. I purchased two of their reclining/rocking love seats from Costco and within a short amount of time pieces were falling off of them. I contacted their customer service in hopes of getting replacement parts so that I could correct the issue but their "engineer" claims the parts don't exist and was told to try to make some plastic pieces they sent me work. The only saving grace is these were purchased from Costco so at least I know they will stand behind their values and give me a refund.
