What a great experience! Our primary residence is in Atlanta, and we were ready to move forward with the kitchen cabinets and countertop renovations, from another state. Our main concern was not being present during the project. Keith did an excellent job from start to finish. He worked with the contractors, design and scheduling. It went flawless and very pleased with the quality. Thanks Keith for making this so easy.

I would recommend CL Kitchens because of the quality of their cabinets and because Marietta was such a pleasure to deal with. She is truly a joy to work with and she is very patient. However, I would recommend that you take special care in reviewing all of the measurements before signing off on the Final Plans. There were some measurement errors from the installer on my project which led to some after design changes. This proved to be a little more costly to me because I signed off on it. The cabinet installer on my project, Jeff, was great. He did such a fine job putting in the cabinets. But, again, because of a design error, I had to wait for him to free up to come and finish the job. This was a hassle for me living out of state. But, when all was said and done, the job was completed and my kitchen looks amazing!!!

Marietta was/is the most amazing person I know. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a big warm welcome. She was able to help me with all of my remodeling needs. Here’s a company to avoid like the plague. They farm out their countertops to a different company and their installations to yet another outfit that couldn’t care less about meeting a schedule, bringing the necessary materials required, or showing up with a professional attitude. If this sounds like a recipe for disaster, well it was. I’ve been last-minute cancelled and rescheduled at least four times and finally raised the issue to some kind of regional manager who professed to care and handle things himself. I even sent him photos of the unfinished work with an explanation of what needed to be done because apparently showing up himself was a bridge too far. When questioned about yet another no-show he claimed that he was “only doing me a courtesy to get involved at all”. Ultimately, I had to go back through my credit card company and dispute the charges in order to get the job – a very small job – completed in only 11 weeks! Don’t walk away from this place……RUN!

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. Run the other way. First they will tell you that there is a lifetime warranty on the cabinets LOL! Don't believe them, they will make up an excuse not to honor the warranty. They told me that I have water damage on the front of my cabinet doors and that is not covered. We are talking about the fronts of the kitchen cabinet doors, which they assured me were water proof when a brought the cabinets. What makes it worse is you can't by just the doors to replace the ones that are damaged. They won't sell you the doors. You have to buy the entire cabinet fronts at extremely high prices. And don't even get me started on how hard it is to actually get hold of an person to try and help you, and once you get them they are extremely unhelpful.

Since there is no way to reply to the company reply below, I guess I can only add to this post. I tried emailing and calling. I have talked to multiple people and the only solution they have given me so far is to buy the entire cabinet face since they don't sell just the doors. Let's be clear they should have been covered under warranty which I was told was a lifetime warranty, I was also told that the doors were water proof. Ordering the entire cabinet face is expensive, it will cost me almost $2000 just to replace 4 doors and 2 drawer faces. Also when they call back they don't leave a message with a direct extension. They only leave the same 800 number that you end up on hold with and finally talk to somebody that is unhelpful.

Update 4/21/2022: After go back and forth for weeks, and posting this review. I finally received a call that said they were going to honor my warranty. They placed an order for the replacement doors, but then after waiting another couple of weeks for the order to ship, I sent another email asking why it had not shipped. Finally order shipped and I received the replacement doors.

I have to thank Jennie in the customer service department who was by far the most helpful person at the company!
