With ALL this bad publicity regarding our CITY.... I wanted to give a good review for Joe Forte City Mgr! This man helped tremendously with a private situation. I didn't know what else to do but to call/email and ask for help! Immediately got a response and the whole situation was handled within 24hrs! It DID involve code enforcement etc but in no way was mishandled by anyone. Mr Forte went above and beyond to help me and for THAT I'm forever grateful!

Friendly and courteous. I walked to Holly Hill City Hall to pay my utility bill. I sat down in the lobby for a rest before continuing my journey and various office personnel as if had been helped. That was awesome. 🙏🤓

I’m new Holly Hill and to brick and mortar business, was a bit confusing. The Staff was so helpful and kind. It was a pleasure working with them. But the Fire Marshal was the best experience. Very professional but kind and caring. Really seems to want to help others. I Love living and running a business in a small town like Holly Hill. It’s an awesome little town, and has an amazing community.

While I didn't visit the town hall on business, I did attend the Holly Hill Arts Festival today. So so many talented artists and media styles. Glass. Art. Wind chimes made of agate. Fused and dichroic glass. Silver jewelry, gold jewelry, steampunk jewelry. I am amazed at how talented and creative people are...and if I am honest a little envious as well!

Holly Hill is a great little city in which to live and do business. Permitting and inspections are handled expeditiously and congenially. Residents who are respectful are treated with utmost respect. The police with whom I’ve had contact are proud to be helping citizens as much as enforcing laws. I’m glad I haven’t had to face the same issues my friends in Ormond Beach encounter nor those of Daytona Beach. No community is perfect, but this one does a good job of serving its diverse citizenry.
