We were recommended by another appliance store to go to City Maytag. I'm so glad we went to the store. They were very nice and helpful. We were able to get a new dishwasher and stove for less than we had budgeted for them! I now recommend them to anyone who is looking for new kitchen appliances.

I bought new dishwasher from City. Gave excellent review because they came out days later! Quicker than most! He left, had to order parts. Weeks later came back, WRONG PART! IT'S been over two months now, set up for Friday but I have Dr appointment. Got heated in conversation and Tanja hung up on me! Seems there just isn't ANY good companies in Havasu. This is under warranty no less!

The employees of City Maytag are extremely incompetent, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.
If your extended warranty company requires you to use this business, I would highly recommend you refuse.
Demand a different business.

Don't buy any appliance from this business. Our 3 year old Maytag dryer went out and it took them 6 weeks to come look at the problem, and after a call today, won't be here for another month to fix it. The part needed to fix it was here within a week so that is not the hold up. We bought our washer/dryer from them with a promise of good service. We could have bought the same set from Lowes for less than we paid at City Maytag and serviced by Lowes within 2 weeks. I don't usually post negative comments but they are worthy of this review and I hope it steers other potential customers to not fall for their false, lazy, we don't care service!

Bought used washer in December 2021. Unit broke at end of 30 day warranty (January 2021). They sent a nice repairman out quickly who told me the timer was broken and that he would order me a new one and that it would be covered under warranty. Never heard back from them. Called twice in January and February and both times they told me the part was ordered. They have not contacted me at all. It is now the end of April and still haven't heard from them. I checked and the part is very easily obtained. Now I have to pay someone else to fix my unit. I gave them every chance to do the right thing, and they chose not to. Don't count on them honoring a warranty.

I’m out of state and I used City Mayteg for a fridge that broke in my rental . They provided me with great service and a 24h turnover- the fridge was delivered the next day and installed ! My tenants were happy thanks ! Highly recommended and Kim is a great rep.

I am so glad I went to City Maytag after not finding what I needed at Home Depot or Lowe's. Vicki went out of her way to find me a washer/dryer set that met my needs. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks Vicki!

When I ordered a Refrigerator from 1000 miles away for my parents on the phone everything went smoothly, a week later when it was suppose to be delivered everything that could go wrong with a deal, DID!! I will tell you that all it took was a phone call, even after hours to the answering service and BAM! Everything that could be done to correct the problem was done with a respectable sense of urgency. My worries were resolved with intelligent decision making efforts of the owners(Tatiana) and (Danny) need to be recognized. The way my problem was handled left no stone un turned. At first, it was another three weeks, after the phone call, it was 24 hours, my parents had the right fridge and they were even given an upgraded model. Customer service does exist and it definitely exists at CITY MAYTAG!! Thank you for doing the right thing, and being one of the most reliable, honest businesses in Lake Havasu City. It's a business like this that keeps the integrity of how all small businesses should be conducting their business.
