Had a wonderful experience with our living room furniture purchase from City Furniture. Ike and Rudy were both very courteous and professional. They knew their products, and were very respectful. Walked in to City Furniture and was greeted by a big hello from Samantha. She was so happy to help me along the way. Very sweet and kind, though she wasn't pushy or following me throughout the store. I was very pleased with the wonderful selection but more pleased with Samantha. I purchased several items for our new home and will definitely be back to Furniture City. I purchased a bed from CITY Furniture. Rudy (my salesperson) was wonderful. He was very personable and professional and he made my first experience purchasing from CITY Furniture a very pleasant one. I purchased the bed on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday. The delivery crew was great. They set up the bed perfectly. I'll purchase the rest of this bedroom set in the near future.

I had a very good experience at City Furniture in Spanish Springs. It’s a very large and very tastefully organized store. I felt the sales person gave just the right amount of guidance: he gave me ideas where to look then left me to browse on my own ( which I prefer) and then he found me again when I had located something I liked. He was knowledgeable about the piece I chose. I did not purchase it on the spot but came back later to purchase it. I asked for the same sales person since I assumed (correctly) that they work on commission. Sale was completed easily and quickly.

We are working with Sarah at the Spanish Springs location and she has been so helpful and knowledgeable. She has made great suggestions and is so quick to respond whenever we have needed anything. City Furniture has very affordable, high quality items and they stand behind their products. I’m very impressed with their service and warranty package. They also seem to always be running some kind of promotion/sale as well. We will be purchasing more furniture from them!
