This has been for sometime that over and over , this business and specifically the owner Ted has billed me for supposedly time spent on diagnosing my mower when I specifically told them what I wanted done and fixed !! On more then one occasion I brought my machine in knowing what the problem was and specifically asked the business how much to fix !! After being told the price I decided it was way more then it should cost and I would come pick up machine !! When getting my machine I was told I had a bill for mechanic fee for looking over my machine ( which I told them I didn’t want ) so I was charged for nothing getting fixed and for the mechanic fee which I specifically said I didn’t want !! This company is taught by the owner to “ make a sale “ no matter what do whatever you have to do to charge every individual !! They are total crooks and it starts with the owner Ted over charging and charging for anything to make a sale !! The owner along with his workers are not there to help at all they take advantage of folks in anyway possible and they have proved this over and over to me and many others I have spoke to in the lawn care business !! I will never go there again and I would recommend you don’t go there and if you do just beware because they will charge you in anyway possible !! They truly are crooks !! They sell you machines that are under warranty , but when item breaks they tell it’s not covered when it is but they charge you and get the warranty from the company , so it is warrantied but they charge you saying the part that is broke is not warrantied !! This has happened on numerous occasions especially with echo items which they push because of the deal worked out with Echo !! Definitely needs to be shut down with the crooks they are lying and stealing from customers, I am definitely gonna make sure the public knows how they constantly take advantage and steal from people !!

The place is nice and neat. People were helpful and professional. We bought a mower.Process was fast and easy. They said they would deliver the mower on Monday, got a call first thing Monday morning, and mower was there a hr later. Very good experience. I even got a call a few days later asking if I had questions and were there any issues. This is how business should be done. The price was good as well.

My experience from the very first interaction has been professional and also very accommodating. I ask questions and Nick was very patient in finding info and answering all my technical questions prior to my purchase.

I bought a 2023 Gravley ZTX 42” Kawasaki. I actually ordered it and it was delivered the same day, the setup employee (Brendan) was great, patient and always professional. The first mower had issues and had to be replaced the next day due to quality control issues from the manufacturer, and the way that Citrus Equipment handled it was with the utmost care. I never felt frustration or impatience through the warranty replacement process and they literally came that same day and swapped out for another brand new mower.

The mower itself has been amazing, have used it on my own lawn along with some relative’s lawns and it cuts great, is comfortable, and super easy to use. I even bought a lawn trailer/cart and pull that behind sometimes for moving dirt and other heavy items.

Went in looking to replace my worn out riding mower. I only have half an acre, but with tons of trees and obstacles. I wanted a zero turn with a fabricated deck if I was going to spend the money. I spoke with Nick who pointed me to a Gravely ztx42. I have received the mower today, that was delivered for free. I cut the grass today and absolutely love this machine. No B/S with this business. 0% financing with a low monthly payment as promised.....No surprises. Highly recommend. If I need anything in the future I know were to go. Thanks Citrus Equipment for a painless buying experience.

Just purchased a new Gravely PRO-TURN 452 from Citrus Equipment. Went to the shop around 1:00 PM and by 8:00 PM they had it prepped and delivered to my home, service doesn't get any better than that! And what a machine, this isn't a mower, it's a sports car! I've purchased from these folks before and had service performed when necessary, always a great experience. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly, you couldn't hope for any better! The shop is clean, bright and well organized, clearly a sign of people who know what they are doing! Thank you so much Ted, Nick and all the staff at Citrus Equipment!
