Walter came to house with many samples, picked a fabric, gave him a deposit (he cashed the check the next day) and took my 2 foot stools mid Sept 2023. It is now the end of Dec 2023, no footstools, don't know where they are, he has made many promises to deliver them, never shows up, haven't heard from him since Nov 13th. The store front on the web site belongs to a barber shop, who has been there for over 3 years. DO NOT USE his upholstery services. Several other customers have experience the same scenario, very recently! Takes the deposit, your furniture, never to be heard from nor seen again.

They say they guarantee their work but it's a lie. We had three piece antique set re-upholstered and one of the chairs cushion was overhanging the seat and I have tried to contact them regarding this many times but they will not even answer their phone. They just took our money and ran. I've got to find someone else to fix this. We paid $2800.00 for the set to be done, the springs in the sofa had to be retied. For this kind of money, my set should have been perfect. Consumer Beware!

He took my loveseat, and over 300 dollars. Never delivered my loveseat, and never issued a refund. Extremely difficult to contact after he gets your deposit. Comes up with very clever excuses as to why he hasn't finished the job. He doesn't have an office or place of business. Do not use him.

Walter, the owner, showed up as promised, redid my recliner, and it is really looks great. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They saved me money without compromising the quality of the work. I cannot recommend this business enough.
