The diversity in the wallpaper they offer is vast! Valerie, Design Assistant, has been instrumental in assisting me in a project where 2:3 of the wallpapers I chose were discontinued and out of stock nationally. She was able to find us replacements that were beautiful and shipped quickly. Thank you, Chelsea Lane for being this Interior Designers dream 🙂

I walked in to the store, and I was helped right away without an appointment. Sarah who is helping me is extremely knowledgeable, and showed me book after book of wallpapers, and didn’t stop until we found a few to get samples sent to me. Also, she came over to my house, and measured the room expertly. I am extremely happy.

Just had a bad experience with this wallpaper company, Chelsea Lane. I gave the salesgirl my measurements, which were exact & she said I would need 6 single rolls (3 doubles). The installers came today & used 4 single rolls (2 doubles). Called Chelsea Lane & they would not take the extra double roll back, even though they calculated what I needed incorrectly. They said because I was over their 30 day limit. But it takes a while to get paper hangers to come & do the job because they're so busy. So just a warning to be careful if you buy from them! Because of their error, I spent 1/3rd more than I should have. Make sure you double check their calculation or you'll be spending money for nothing as I did.

Today marked my second experience shopping for wallpaper at Chelsea Lane. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob. I had a helpful, professional experience with him as he listened to my ideas & picked out many books from their wall that I connected with. I love the new location, and the wallpaper I choose will look amazing in our new store. So many choices!
