She went out of her way to make the experience, fun and special for me. She went above and beyond. Excellent service. Really happy with the outcome. I printed few photos taken on a trip and while I only stepped in to get a frame I ended up framing additional images. There is a good supply and a big desk space to review different frames. Gus (cashier name as I forgot to ask for her name) was super helpful, patient and gave me good advice, her great costumer service and artistic eye was much helpful, I was also grateful she helped me fit the glass (very kind of her). So will sure be back and loved the outcome. This is my new way to gifting friends now.

I came in with two canvases to get framed and August helped me very quickly and efficiently! She walked me around and showed me all my options and talked me through the different routes we could take. We picked out a few options and compared them to one another — she gave great advice on different styles and design looks until we narrowed down the perfect frames. She was able to frame and add hooks to both canvases while I was in shop. They look great and I am so happy I could go in and get my pictures framed and returned in the same visit!

It is one of the best places in town for framing your loved pictures. Immediate service, and very friendly. Charokee, the charming woman who helped me, was efficient and thoughtful in suggesting a beautiful in stock wood frame, matching mat, hanging hardware, and acid-free backing. She was kind enough to mount my picture to the mat. My only task for this do-it-yourself project was to insert the picture into the frame. Very easy-peasy. Made my day!
