These guys are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Save yourself some money and a headache. I live in steamboat, but I’ll definitely make the drive for future service. Way better shop than anything available in steamboat. I got there at 7:30am and I was out by 9:30am. Very comprehensive inspection. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I needed to get a new transmission installed in a hurry and they were able to turn it around in under a week! There were a few small details that weren’t quite up to my standards but they were able to fix them immediately and even delivered my truck back to me! I’ll definitely be back for other projects!

Wow! I am impressed. Clean, friendly and I was treated equally. They know what they are doing. They looked at my car to give me a quote with no charge. The quote is the best, professional, easy to understand I have ever seen. Shows photos, etc. I was in the shop same day. If you have to wait for them to get the job done they make sure you are comfortable. Offered beverages, Snacks, etc. Communication between employees is outstanding. I look forward to doing business with Chapmans in the future.

Chapman’s is my go to for maintenance! I always feel like they take the time to listen to what I need. Leah goes above and beyond to communicate. On top of all of that, it’s affordable and I don’t feel like they try to sell me things I don’t need.

The mechanics at this shop are the people you want working on your vehicles! They make you feel like family, and go out of their way with customer service! They will go above and beyond to work with a warranty company as well to get the best out the door prices available. They are great examples of how customer service should look! They even cleaned my windows, and vacuumed the carpets! Nice touch!

My husband and I were on our way to north Dakota from rifle co and when we got to craig co our cars brakes messed up. We called Chapman's and within an hour we had a tow truck and car delivered to them. They gave us a very nice loner car and were the nicest most caring people in the world of mechanics!

I went in to get a sway bar fixed on my jeep. During the process, they broke my air filter hose that connects to my turbo. They didn’t address that they broke it, tell me that there was a new problem, or ask about fixing it! I was very displeased yet they wanted me to spend 6k for brakes, oil, and belts. There’s no way in hell I’ll ever go back to such an unprofessional business!!!!

Got a very big job done and even though it had a couple problems afterwards they were more than willing to help and continue to make sure the work was done correctly and make sure I was happy with the results. I am not from here so it was hard finding somewhere I felt comfortable getting such a big job done but I do not regret my choice at all and I am super thankful for the work and all the extra things they did.
