The vanity is gorgeous. The aggravation of the presumed back hauling delivery method takes a whole lot away from the anticipation of a gorgeous piece of furniture as the white glove delivery method is so delayed it is almost more aggravation than the vanity is worth. But once you see the vanity, which is very well made and wrapped, it is all worth it. The vanity is not installed yet, but the cut out in back fits perfectly so we anticipate no problem. And Chans Furniture did keep in touch. If the install goes well, I would definitely order from Chans again.

The vanity is beautiful. The experience getting it here was frustrating. From placing the order to delivery took nearly a month! Now that it’s here I find a chrome faucet instead of the brushed nickel I was promised and the connection hoses are different size and require my plumber to change my shutoff valves. All told the product is great but I’m not sure it was worth the aggravation.

The company was VERY difficult to communicate with. I had placed my order in early October- vanity JUST arrived today. When trying to communicate with ANYONE on why my shipment was running so behind it wasn’t until I spoke with Ken from the shipping company who shared that there had been a strike going on. Sure would have been nice back in November if someone had bothered to share that important piece of information. Too much money was spent with the terrible lack of customer support and service. It took me threatening to contact the BBB before anyone stepped up (Ken) and explain what was going on.

The vanity arrived in good condition with no damage. The piece is much more attractive than the photo showed. It seems to be well built and the painted finish looks very nice. I look forward to installing soon in my guest bathroom.
The shipping was prompt and the driver was very cordial and helpful.
The service department was very helpful when I called to confirm delivery.

There were no issues . The vanity arrived quickly and in good condition. It was easy to order online and was easily tracked. There were emails every step of the way. I have used Chans in the past on different jobs and will continue to use them in the future.

Found a mirror to match a vanity I ordered. The mirror is lovely. However, it was not the right color (instead of blue as labeled, it was more aqua). Because of the expense of shipping, I opted to keep and paint. However, Chan's reimbursed my shipping expense in an effort to make it right. Appreciate this very much and I'll enjoy my purchase.
