A straight rip off! Ask for about 3/4 of the money upfront to do the entire interior and dash was never completed kept giving an excuse as to why he can't finish. Please trust the reviews if you want to save your self the headache and poor quality of work!

I took my door panels to him and was told he would be done in 3 days 4 months later still not done so I picked up my door panels and my money so pissed he was holding up my project it amazes me to see all the reviews are the same with the excuses that he has and how he goes way beyond the timeframe that he tells you

This place is a theft ring. They take your deposit and product you wish to have reupholstered. Then they "lose" your product. Of course they come up with dozens of reasons why they aren't finished yet. Covid, dead grandma, employee is working on it at home, its locked on a friends storage unit. Main point is...they've stolen your money, lost your product, and you're never getting either back.

Very disappointing and upset. I took my boat to Cervantes upholstery, was quoted a price and asked for more than 3/4 of the money upfront. (which required) This is May 15, here we are September 4th and still not even halfway done .(took my money upfront and then sat on the project) quote was for six weeks. Here we are approaching 4 months in a few days. Story after story, excuse after excuse, and everything is always somebody else’s fault( his employees didn’t do something right. ) Dude that’s your problem not mine . Missed the whole season and still no end in sight. Worst transaction of my life! Unbelievable.

I took my vehicle to this place based on a recommendation from a friend. I took my vehicle to this place on February 12th, I was told it would take 1 week. I text pics to the guy of how I wanted it to look. After 2 weeks I went to check on it and all the seats were out of my vehicle and nothing had been done. He said he needed $300 more to get the materials . Wow! What could I do, he had my vehicle torn apart. After several more weeks, my husband or I would check in on it. Nothing. Went again, and he said he didn't know what I wanted. (Seriously?) So my husband took some chalk and marked on the old door panels and seats of what goes where, 8 weeks into it at this point. It was supposed to be done the following Friday, that came and went. Needless to say, he finally said it was ready after 11 weeks. The front seats don't match the back seats, the dash was not done, the sun visors were not done, no light covers on the headliner lights, carpet hold down strips in the cargo area - not installed, and it won't stay in high gear because the carpet is all bunched up and the hi low transfer case handle won't go all the way to the floor. This is the worst experience ever and $1,900 later this is what I have live with.
