If I could give 0 stars, I would. They sold us unnecessary parts and labor and were unable to accurately diagnose an issue for months. They left us with a half-working unit and soaked us for thousands of dollars. They also left the panel off the unit outside which left exposed electrical wires. Very unprofessional bordering on fraud. Steer clear and go elsewhere.

Jermon was professional, detailed and through. He educated us on the units and how to maintain them as well as options for fixing the issues we had with one of the units. He discussed the maintenance plan with me which I was able to sign up one of my units for. Always appreciate the great experiences I have with the professionals at CCC.

Oscar was great! Very friendly and professional - it was clear he knew what he was doing. Every other AC company I’ve had look at my unit has left a mess behind for me to clean up, but Oscar was extremely tidy and cleaned everything up. Would recommend CCC! Thank you!

I hired CCC to replace my two home HVAC units with a pair of 3-ton Daikin Fit systems. After obtaining several quotes from different vendors, CCC offered a competitive price following some negotiation. The sales process was smooth, with Joe being exceptionally responsive and addressing all my concerns. They even provided two portable AC units at no extra cost, one on the same day and another the next day.

The installation crew arrived on time, demonstrated professionalism, and completed the job in just two days (one floor per day) with excellent workmanship and quality, thank you Carlos and the rest of the crew. So far, I am very happy with both the equipment and the installation. I would definitely recommend CCC for your HVAC needs

I had worked with certified climate control for years. They were professional and provided great services for years. I flipped hoses and used to do property management for a few homeowners. I did a few total replacemwnt units with them. However something changed with them. They sold me a mainenance contract with exclusions so that we could not get any benfits out of it. Even though we made a two week advance appointment for a service call for a saturday they told me its considered an after hours call and our mainenance plan din not qualify. After multiple conversations they do not want you to cancel it. They charge you extra just to cancel it. Do not give them your credit card. You can not ever cancel the plan without paying a penalty. Very scammy behavior. I could not even prepay my regular dues for the remainder of the 12 month. Maybe they got sold to some shady company. Maybe management changed. I am telling you they went from a reputable business to very shady business practices. Pay cash and don't give them your card if you do business with them. The guy I talked to last was very rude and hung up on me. Needless to say I am still charged for a scammy service contract I can never use. Lets see if they stop charging me when the 12 month are complete. I doubt it. Seemed its one of those things that only end if you close your card. Be very careful. They used to be legit and good. I don't know what changed but something did. I will never ever use them again. Ever!

Five stars! While no company is without flaws, my trust in CCC has been fully restored following an initial issue and a constructive discussion with the General Manager. The handling of my complaint was exceptional, showcasing CCC’s commitment to excellence. The General Manager’s professionalism is truly commendable. From start to finish, the installation was executed with the attention to detail and expertise that every homeowner deserves. Having lived in our home for over 20 years, this was our second HVAC replacement, and I only wish we had known about CCC the first time around. It became evident that our previous installer had overlooked several crucial aspects, which went uninspected. Presently, the city inspector had nothing but praise for CCC’s meticulous installation process. I wholeheartedly recommend Certified Climate Control!

I have been with certified climate control for about 10 years now. They put in a new system for me about Four years ago. I had a crazy little problem with whistling when the unit turned on. It was apparently an unusual thing, but they came back several times and finally got it to stop. I have since had two problems, one with the thermostat and just recently with The air conditioner, turning on and off without really cooling. They came out promptly. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. They don’t mind giving answers to my questions And talk to me like an adult who is not an idiot. Because the unit was still on guarantee, it was fixed without charged to me. They immediately sent a copy of the inspection report with photos. I highly recommend this company
