DO NOT BUY an appliance from a big box store, like Home Depot, in the Keys. Certified Appliance is the ONLY option. It's Christmas Eve Eve and Certified just completed a repair job for us. They didn't have to squeeze us in on the short-week schedule, but they did. Cesar hustled in, was courteous, quick and thorough.

Buy your appliance from a box store and try to get repair service like that. We live in a harsh climate for appliances (the salt air is very hard on them). You are GOING to be needing repair service on you appliances. Certified is the only repair service you will ever need. Thank you Mike, Cesar and the Certified team!

3 stars is generous. Our TV went out on the boat and we try to use local shops so we found them, searched their webpage and found the TV we wanted. Bicycled the 5 miles to their store to be told they have one 32” TV (in stock) and none of the others listed from their website. Tried to order the one we wanted but he never really helped us at all. $599 and 10 days to get by truck from Georgia. So we peddled back 5 miles to the boat, ordered it from Lord Bezos for $487 and in 4 days had the TV on the boat (company was from Arizona). Sadly they could have ordered it like we did and got it quicker and cheaper than what he could get it and got the sale. I don’t understand the mentality sometimes. Sorry we bothered you. BTW it’s a great TV 🤷‍♀️

We called these guys to come out to our house to check a 6 yr gas stove that had one burner issue. The tech told us that all the burners, orifices, oven burner, and oven fan needs to be replaced. Cost was more than buying a new one. Then they said our washer dryer was messed up too. They gave us a price that ended up being 40% higher than the 2nd price we had. $2600 vs $3600. I could understand a few hundred difference but not a thousand. Beware of these guys.
