These people are so friendly and helpful! I went in only to ask some questions about my own personal sewing machine that I had just purchased (Not from them) and to see if they had the correct thread for it. I was amazed at how patient and helpful they were with me even though it was clear that I wasn't going in there to spend alot of money or any money at all for that matter. They took their time explaining everything with me, gave me suggestions and references without making me feel rushed just to get to the next customer that maybe was there to spend hundreds. This right here alone speaks volumes about their Customer Service and shows how great they treat everybody who comes in their doors.

My experience was so bad that it has been years and I still feel compelled to write this. If I could give less than one star I would. I took my BMW with a functioning electric convertible top in to them and paid them $1,000 for their labor to put a new canvas top on that I purchased. The top did not work after they installed it and had to be operated manually at great inconvenience. I returned to the shop and politely informed them of the issue and asked how they recommend we address the issue. The person behind the desk acted annoyed and called someone from the back of the shop. When the person arrived he took a nasty tone and told me the top was already broken before he touched it and that I was lying and turned around and left. The person at the desk offered no further assistance or apology for his colleague's (or employee's) behavior. Putting a convertible top on an electric mechanism is somewhat complicated, as there are many sensors that can get easily damaged, so if you have a similar requirement, take it to a shop with a more competant, professional, and honest staff.

Tony was great and I will be back for all my other upholstery needs. I brought in my old 1993 truck to get the driver’s seat fixed. Tony walked me through the options and prices before getting me on the schedule. When I came back, Tony had the seat fixed on the price we agreed, plus he fixed other stitching problems for free! It was the work of a true professional who wanted to make sure the customer was happy. Thanks Tony!

Had my motorcycle seat redone just before a big out of state run. It came out way better than expected. Tony (the son) is a great guy and knows what he's doing. Having them redo my truck interior soon!

Amazing service! Tony is the guy to call for your car interior needs. I got my headliner and glove box replaced. Both times they did an amazing job.

Great place to have your headliner/seats/dash/amp covers done. Had 2 headliners done. Come out looking like fresh from the factory. The guys are great. They work with you as to what your looking for.
