Don't waste your time anywhere else. Go here and talk to Alex. She is the most genuine and honest pawnshop owner I've ever met. It's worth driving past all the others to get to her shop.

I would have given Central Pawn 5 star review until my 2 items were returned- 1 of which was box of ear iPods… I’ve only used them 3-5 times over the past year. I paid/picked up stuff yesterday and this morning when I pulled out box, I was shocked at how scratched up & dirty.

I called to ask Alex if maybe she got them mixed up with someone else’s.. I was not screaming or even accusatory (although just the nature of inquiring is probably taken as such). When she claimed she’s the only one who works I started to say “well someone here at my house must have switched them out” since anyone who knows me knows I don’t use them so they probably figured I would never know. I WASNT saying someone there switched out after she explained she’s the only one with no employees. She REFUSED to allow me to
Finish my sentence and just kept yelling and yelling like I was trying to pull a scam. Told me never yo come back there & hung up
on me🙄.

I waited few minutes and tried to call her back to explain that I ACCEPTED & BELIEVED her when she said they weren’t mixed up…& that someone I know switched them out cuz mine were like brand new.

I hope to hell she calms down as I liked her and her shop and intended on buying things there and supporting her business. I will be HAPPY to DELETE this if Alex actually calms down. Wow.

My go to place for work items as well as birthday gifts and holiday gifts. I have never had a bad experience there. Alex is absolutely 💯 wonderful and her husband is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. They will bend over backwards to make sure that you find what you are looking for. I give a huge shout out to them and thank you for all of yalls hard work throughout the years...I always love our visits ❤

Went in to take a look around, saw several items that interested me. I had every intention of spending a couple hundred dollars on particular gun parts. I'm not sure if the owner is just naturally sarcastic but his response to my question about a particular rifle was enough for me to walk out. I'm aware that my few hundred purchase, or lack there of, will not break their business. However I can assure you I'll never be back and will advise anyone I know to avoid this shop.

This wonderful gun & pawn shop is run by the kindest, most helpful, & positive Christian couples in this entire state, Andy & Alex! Andy sold me my first gun for a great discounted price, but not only did I purchase a super gun, but gained a fantastic Christian friend whose love of the Lord & his willingness to witness & pray with me made a "lasting impression". Likewise, his best friend, beautiful partner & wife, Alex, who runs the pawn shop, exudes love, compassion & her heart is open to everyone as she witnesses her faith in Jesus Christ! Stop in if you want to experience joy, peace & unconditional love, and/or need prayer, along with fantastic buys! I'm blest to know this super couple & call them "true" friends in the Lord!

Fantastic business, owners are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and atmosphere is family-friendly. I purchased a great gun, with the help of owner and staff, that suits my needs and I couldn't be happier. I’m new to the area and frequent pawnshops for DVDs and other things I collect. You never know what you will find in one. So I came in and met the owner who was not in a good mood. I saw a certain rifle and asked him about it and he explained that certain guns on display were not for sale. I was wanting to clarify the model and he came over and took a yellow highlighter and used it on the small card on the wall that said guns not for sale as opposed to answering my simple question. I’ve worked pawn shops and you always try to be cordial to build your customer base instead of irritating someone to the point where they go home and write a negative review. All he had to do was answer a question.
