Sigh...this used to be one of my favorite stores, but thanks to shady, rude Lizette, one of their managers at UTC, I am done with the brand. Absolutely rude and deceitful just to make money. She tried to swindle me for an item that was marked down from LAST SEASON, that she and her team charged me full price for, then lied about it when I discovered it was a discounted item. The item was tagged by them for $207.97 (it went to clearance) and she charged me $699.00 for it, but wasn't smart enough to take off the tag. I went back to the store to show her, she attempted to make me look silly in front of other customers but clearly she didn't anticipate arguing with a lawyer. Needless to say, I got my refund.

I said ok, no need to shop in the store - I'll just order and have stuff delivered from online. My order that was in stock, I've been waiting over a month for most of it. I received a couple of items, pillow cases - they were stretched/used, had a slight odor and no tags on them.

All the reviews are saying the same thing, CB2....hire back your old staff or lose more of your customers...and fix Lizette, she needs some retraining and some Listerine for her foul customer unfriendly mouth. Yuck, girl.

I ordered 3 mirrors for a project. They had arrived at the UTC location weeks before I called to check, yet we were not notified.
When we went to pick them up, the sales associate had his back to us and hastily explained he was taking care of something. i said no worries but he seemed put out that we were even there! There were no other customers in the store.
He told us that someone in the back would have the mirrors.The guy in the back was even more rude. He promptly almost threw the heavy mirrors against the side of the building and expected us to load them ourselves.
I am a Trade member and have spent many thousands at CB2. I try to support Brick and Mortor, but this unpleasant experience was seriously disappointing.

I ordered an arc lamp online and tried to pick it up curbside, but I’d underestimated the size. Jeffrey was super helpful with arranging other delivery options, and I was able to take the heavier, smaller box home and have the larger box delivered the next day, saving some money. Jeffrey totally went above and beyond handling the tricky logistics and making sure I got my lamp asap. And the curbside guy were also great. Amazing service!

Waited too long during pickup. Checked in with there link from cb2 text msg and sat and waited and waited and waited. Finally got off the car and rang the call button. Gentleman was nice enough but could have saved 30 mins if I just rang the bell instead of using the app.

I drive all the way from OC to shop at this location because they are worthy of my business. The store Manager Jeffry and Sales Associate Mead always greet me when I arrive and show me whats new. The have excellent memory on my past purchases and always follow through with anything I need for my clients. The store is visually inspiring, clean and easy to shop. I would recommend this location specifically to anyone who loves to shop with this brand.

I bought a lamp to pick up at this location, waited around 2 months for pickup confirmation and last night I received an email that my order was canceled due yo limited stock, regardless that I was chartered for it two months ago. Didn’t even received a gift card or store credit for the inconveniences. I has already paid to have the electric and built work done at my place to received this purchase. Which represented extra expenses I will not be compensated for.
