Orders a patio set for my condo, was told 4-6 weeks. No communication was ever given. After 6 weeks several calls were made to shipping dept and no one answered or called back when messages were left. After 8 weeks, the set came in and then we were told it had to be put together & there was several people ahead of us. On the day of delivery we were scheduled 10-2, after 2 pm no show, again, we had to call, They delivered at 5:30 PM! Spoke to the owner who said he would REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE, which we thought was a stand-up thing to do. Going on two weeks now, I guess "the check is in the mail", for it never came. We try to help the little guy in business but clearly it's not the way to go. Stick with big box.
FOLLOW UP: After this posted,the owner called me to say "I sent you a check but it came back to us since no condo # was put on it, I am mailing the check out again, you should receive it in a few days". That was NINE days ago. I stand by my review adding if I could give ZERO stars I would. Now a lack of integrity, makes them totally unworthy of your business!

I purchased a beautiful outdoor set and couldn't be happier. Brittany and Greg were very helpful. There was no pressure to buy and they were accommodating with my many questions about their products.
We feel confident that we bought a quality set and are excited to take delivery tomorrow. I'm sure that it will run as smoothly as the sale.

Fabulous furniture in a variety of amazing colors ! My husband and I purchased everything from Patio & Poolside for our lanai and pool deck. Brittany helped us and she was delightful ! We purchased a table and chairs but it was a difficult decision deciding on pillows, outdoor rugs, colors etc. When our shipment was delivered, Brittany included some rugs in different colors for us to choose from. She made everything very easy. Great customer service !

After spending a great deal of time trying to find some patio furniture that wasn't just the run of the mill style. I stopped in here and was able to pick out a beautiful set of outdoor furniture that caught my eye right away. They were very helpful in directing me on a few accessories and found me a fire pit that I thought was a great addition. They delivered on time, (actually early) from their own delivery team. They were very courteous and helpful on setting it all up properly.

I can't say enough good things about this store and the entire staff. Gregg and Brittany treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. Unlike most high-end furniture stores, their staff doesn't work on commission, so there''s no pressure to buy. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers find high quality furniture that is fairly priced. Working with Greg Hale has been a pleasure. Well the furniture cost more than some other places it is well worth it. The furniture holds up and is sturdy. Greg/ takes a very personable approach and make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend them

Where to start...
- Our furniture took a total of 6 months to deliver
- When it arrived, our table base was broken and a piece was delivered that we did not order
- Upon asking for updates for the replacement table base, emails to Benji at Casual Living went ignored and unanswered (an entire month passed between my last response from Benji and when the replacement arrived)
- When Casual Living promptly emailed for payment, the balance they quoted for was $250 MORE than it should have been. Thankfully we checked the receipt
- Greg refused to wear a mask around elderly customers inside the shop

EDIT: As the business has since responded, I'd like to clear up a few errors that they claimed to be "100% true".
- Our order was place in 4/16, and our undamaged table base arrived 10/21. That would be 6 months. Since we were waiting on a table base, the table itself could not be used while waiting for the replacement. Quite frustrating, and not quite "completing the order" that would be implied by citing the 7/28 delivery. The transaction took 6 months to finalize.
- As for Benji, the only reason Brittany took over is because I personally reached out to her after being ghosted by Benji. Please review your records to confirm that to be "100% true".

And a final reminder to anyone who shops here, please check your final bill. Who knows how many "freight/shipping charge miscalculations" have slipped through the cracks
