The wall unit/bed looks great installers did a wonderful job. Went over the safety features, and had me demonstrate how to pull the bed down and put it back up. The only reason why I gave them three stars instead of five is the poor communication from the warehouse. But they before they were supposed to come and deliver my bed. I was harassed at work about my balance, which had been paid off over the weekend, and they insisted that they never received it. a couple of hours later that was resolved. Then they changed my delivery time to a different window. 15 minutes before the end of that two hour window I called to find out if these guys were even coming since they were supposed to give me a 30 minute heads up and I had never heard from them. I was finally called 20 minutes after the two hour window was out. They had got a late start on the other job and got delayed And wanted to have a quick lunch before they came to my house. I was already irritated by the whole sequence of events so I told them to cancel me for the day. I told Dan at the warehouse that I feel I should get a discount/refund on my delivery fee. He told me they would need to speak to the manager Bert, which I have not done yet, but I will be doing.

Awesome experience! Purchased a custom made Trailway solid cherry wood table with chairs. It's absolutely gorgeous. It took longer than expected but they worked with me and honestly it was worth the wait! Even the delivery was very top-notch. Well run business and super organized. Thank you 🙂

We had a fantastic experience with Casual Dining & Barstools! We had just finished a remodel and wanted the perfect stools to complete the look. Marissa was very professional and courteous. She answered all of our question and was so patient. She helped us find the perfect setup for our space. And they were ready when they told us they would be. First Purchase - I highly recommend Casual Dining to anyone looking to purchase quality dining items. Six months ago I purchased 3 Amisco Bar Stools that I absolutely love. The gentleman that helped me with my first purchase was new however, he was very friendly and able to assist me with my purchase. I did share with the the gentleman that I recently put hardwood flooring throughout my house and my only concern the cap on the legs of the stools scratching my floors and he told me they would be fine. A month or so later I called the store to inform them I was having issues with the caps and my floors and with light scratches but no major damage. Within a week I was mail new caps.

Second visit/Purchase - I entered the store on 11/23/18 to purchase a small dining room set for a narrow area. I am one of those people that feel everything has to match. I originally wanted a glass table and chairs to match my Bar Stools. This visit I dealt with Andrew who was extremely knowledgeable with product and interior design. Andrew offered me a few suggestions and put them together right there on the floor. I again shared my concerns with the legs on the chairs and share with him the felt I placed on the caps. Today I received new felt pads for all item. I have to say I am extremely happy with both of my Purchases and would highly recommended Casual Dining & Bar Stools to anyone looking for quality and excellent service. My wife and I are delighted with our new stools. They look great, are very comfortable, and fit in perfectly with the quality of our "new" kitchen.
