Promises kept! The buying process was easy, with sales person JP nearby but not hovering. I received a couple of unexpected discounts, so I paid less than expected. Delivery was excellent on this muddy, snowy day., all the way from Gallup to Chinle. The installation crew picked up after themselves, leaving me with no big plastic bags or other debris. They tested to make sure that the washer and dryer worked without leaks. And they kept my new sofa out of the mud! Great job all around. Absolutely recommend.

I purchased a refrigerator in October, and it stopped working in January, I called to ask about warranty and I was informed there was but for 10 days therefore I'm stuck with a refrigerator that doesnt work, The same refrigerator I found at BestBuy $200 less and still works and does carry a warranty

I been a customer for very along time and bought any many furnitures with 90 days pay off option. I called and left a voice mail for the manager to voice my complaint and haven’t gotten a call back..the guy that works in credit department was very rude and unprofessional had yell out my busy where the other employee tried telling to be quite the customer right here while I was stand in the front. He changed my contract after I made my downpayment..
Curt was my salesperson for many year but his no longer there.. so I had another salesman. I waited for her 2 1/2 hours but I got nowhere with her. So I left and came back on a laterr date.. and I was referred to go Vee another salesperson she was very helpful.

Customer service personnel very nice, helpful, ready to answer questions. Really appreciated the prompt decision for credit approval and thank you for service personnel to load up the items at hand. I will need to know more about the installation, items that I purchase for the floor and wall protection.
