I bought two mattress here and honestly very bad quality not good, I call the store for the warranty and the lady say that she was going to send someone to my house to check the mattress I bought with them to check what was going on and that they could exchanged for another due to the warranty. Well she never send no body and later she call me back and tell me another different story. People save your time and money this people at this store are scammers. They are not honest and they tell you mattress have warranty but they never gives the warranty.

My visit went very well. They are so kind and give great discounts!! They try to make your visit great as possible and try to help you as much as they can. The place has great prices, great furniture, and great attendants! This visit was so successful! Definitely recommend!

I had the worst experience with this store. They were friendly and very helpful when I first went in with my daughter to pick her bed but after that, customer service was horrible! Rosie told me she'd call me with a delivery date on the following Tuesday/Wednesday but by Wednesday evening, no call so I called her that evening and she said she'd call me back Thursday and by evening still no call so I had to call back again. Delivery came during the time she stated and the guys were friendly, nice and installed my daughters bed quickly but they were missing a part of her bed. I calles Rosie and she put the blame on the Delivery guys saying they should've taken it and she didn't know why they didn't. She was supposed to call me back to figure out a Delivery date for the last piece of furniture and OF COURSE NO CALL! I had to call.. whwn I spoke to a worker on Friday he scheduled Monday between 11 and 1, but when i called Monday to confirm they told me they weren't coming to my area for a while so they had to get pre-approval before they could deliver my item. I ended up getting my item until 7pm that day!! I would never refer anyone to this business as they proved they were only interested in taking my money!!

I had a really bad experience in this place I bought a living room set, (sofa loveseat and recliner) the sofa and loveseat where in stock at the store so they where delivered immediately but the recliner had to be ordered, after it was delivered we tried it and we realized that the foot rest didn't go up how it should I also noticed it had some rust on the metal that brings up the foot rest so I called the store right away and they told me that they were going to contact the delivery guys and they would call me back of course I never got a call back, 4 straight days I kept calling and they would tell me the same thing and I would never get a call back . I strongly recomend not going to this furniture store they have horrible customer service and bad furniture quality. Tuve una muy mala experiencia en este lugar compre un juego de sofas y cuando me entregaron el reclinable note que no funcuonaba muy bien y que tenia oxido en los metales que levantan la parte donde descanas los pies, hable a la tienda y me decian que hiban a contactar a los que entregaron el reclinable y que ellos me regresarian la llamada, asi fueron 4 dias y nunca recibia ni una llamada para atras. No recomiendo comprar en esta muebleria tienen muy mal servicio al cliente y muy mala calidad de muebles.
