Me and my husband bought a Cartier ring from this store. The policy says 30 days return or exchange accepted. But in fact, they don’t do returns and exchanges. So please be aware of that. All third review is 1 star review, which is absolutely fair. They say “gold is a soft metal, so it leaves scratches easily, even 1-2 hours may lead to irreparable scratches». Which means, you buy a jewellery, you don’t have to wear it even for 1-2 hours to keep it brand new. But you will never know how good it fits until you wear it for a few hours or even days. So there is no way you may return or exchange the item. They also say, they do a lot of exceptions and they exchange the items even 1 months due, but in fact it is an absolute lie. Customer service depends on person you meet in the store. Daisy is an amazing employee. But the manager whom we met to do the exchange was very rude, mean and unattractive person. Customers just be mindful before buying jewellery from Cartier.
Btw, my ring I wanted to exchange is in a brand new condition, the ring is not even 30 days old, but they still didn’t allow me to exchange it for one size bigger.

I purchased a Juste Un Clou ring from a person named Judy at the Cartier store in Beverly Hills, Rodeo on July 19th. As soon as I got home, the ring was too big, so I immediately contacted Judy and exchanged it to the one-size smaller ring on July 26th. After exchanging the ring, I went out briefly wearing the ring for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday. On sunday afternon, I noticed that the back of the ring had become lumpy. I contacted Judy, the salesperson in charge, on Sunday night, and went to the store two days later, on Tuesday, to request a refund due to 'a defect in the item,' but they persuaded me they should send it to a Cartier jewelry expert in New York as the process of the return , and convinced me that a refund would only be possible 'if the cause was identified,' so that Friday Aug 2nd, My husband and I visited the store and gave them the ring. When I gave the ring, Judy and the store manager, Josh, convinced me that the ring MUST be the problem, saying that both of them have never seen this damaged ring after a few hours, so I returned the ring to them. On August 15th, they contacted me via text message and said that their inspection concluded that there was no problem with the ring, so I could pick it up or ship it to me. She sent a text as if nothing had happened. I was amazed at the audacity of sending a text as if nothing had happened to ask me to pick up that damaged lumpy ring. In the meantime, I applied for a dispute from the card company Amex, but it was denied due to their objection. And I applied for a dispute again, but the result is unknown. In this case, do consumers just have to suffer? How should I respond in these cases?

It is my second review regarding this Cartier ring I purchased from the Rodeo store in Beverly Hills on July 19 2024. What I heard from Cartier is that if I bring the ring, they will send it to New York, have a jewelry expert examine it, and then follow up with an exchange or refund based on the person's opinion. After wearing my $5,000 Cartier ring for just a few hours, the gold ring became lumpy like rubber. Could it be my fault if I did something? I didn't have a big accident, I didn't hit a rock with that ring, or the dog didn't bit the ring. In any case, could it be my fault? Don't buy Cartier. Especially, please don't use the Rodeo store in Beverly Hills. So rude and worst customer service.

Zero star if possible!

I purchased a Juste un Clou ring from this store on July 19th 2024 and exchanged it for the smaller size on July 26th 2024. My first ring was perfect but I needed to exchange it for the ring I have right now. After gently wearing a few hours for two days, the back surface of this ring became bumpy like in the photos. I was shocked because it wasn't hit by anything and I didn't even grab anything with my right hand which I wore it. I was sure this ring was a defect and contacted the SA right away. Today at this store, I requested a refund because it is definitely not my fault and I didn't even want to exchange it because I lost all my loyalty and trust toward Cartier. But they refused to refund me and kept saying they needed to investigate the ring in New York. They didn't even guarantee how long the process will be. Do you think it is fair? Cartier is not a cheap jewelry brand. I was so disappointed. Also, I felt discriminated against at the store. They treated me unfairly. I was so hurt by this store and Cartier.

I wish I could leave more stars. Absolutely loved this location. First time in here, extremely friendly staff. Loved the gentleman that had helped me. I cannot remember his name, but I would return, and highly recommend, I arrived on a weekday morning and parking was very simple, but I could definitely see it being difficult in the afternoon or weekend. Very clean store, two stories and so so so many options. Will return and highly recommend.
