We have used this company for years and have always enjoyed superior customer service. However, the current administrative assistant is very rude and has cost them future rentals. I would rather pay a bit more for quality customer service.

Even though I was not able to take the service due to personal reasons, I must say that they offered very competitive prices for tents and chairs. Mike and his staff were very responsive and accommodating to my questions without any expectations in return. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next event if it happens. Had a beach event at Daytona beach weekend of April 27, 2018. Carter's Family was there ready to go at 7AM and had my event ready to go by 8:30 AM. They were professional and courteous. Responded to all of my detailed requests. They showed up for breakdown and was able to get them out of there before the tide came back on the beach. I will definitely use them again !!

I spoke with the middle-aged woman about renting tables and chairs for the family reunion on June 29th. I emphasized my unfamiliarity with the beach as an outsider.

The representative was impolite, pushy, and aggressive, and she seemed to be annoyed.

The negotiation began poorly, so I am unwilling to provide compensation to this business.

I’ve used u-haul several times and even if there was a wait they were never rude or unprofessional to me. My brother was treated very poorly from the time he walked in the door. He did not use any profanity. Just addressed that the staff was rude but instead of the issue being corrected it was second. He was not asked to leave. He made a choice to not do business at this location and they staff yelled “bye”. If I could give you zero stars I definitely would.

Had a great experience with Carter Family Rent All for our wedding last April in Deland. The staff was friendly, down to Earth and had good sense of humor. Very efficient with setup and take down of tent, chairs and tables. Tent was well secured to the ground with the water barrels. Excellent customer service as well. We thought we had an issue with the linens and one of their staff drove back out to make sure things were right. We had the correct linens it was just someone in the wedding party was confused (probably drunk) and put the wrong linen on the wrong table. Sorry for writing the review so long after the wedding but we are still married and the wedding was great thanks to Carter!

I've been an event planner in the Greater Daytona Beach area for 20+ years and have always had a great experience with Carter's Family Rent All. My most recent rentals have been for tables and chairs. The items have always been clean when delivered, on time (usually a little early even), set up quickly & where needed, and easy pick up process the next day. When you are planning events, there are so many details to put in place; with the Carter family, I never worry about my rental. They are competitively priced for the area, have offered several useful suggestions and make good referrals when I've needed something they don't have available. I fully recommend them & love supporting a local family business!
