I started buying liquid chlorine for the pool from this location. I was charged $9.00 deposit per jug plus the cost of the chlorine. Since then I’ve been returning empty jugs to switch for full jugs and am only charged for the chlorine not the jugs. We since upgraded our pool to salt and won’t need all that chlorine so I brought the empty jugs in to return and get my deposit back . The cashier informed me that I DON’T get my deposit back very sarcastically. Am I crazy Why not ? 🤔Anyway she informed me I could GIVE them back the jugs and receive nothing . Wow that’s how you run a business. No thank you ~Hard pass !

Great hardware store that is well stocked for its size. Employees are always helpful and Angela the manager is always available to help and her pleasing personality makes the store a great place to shop. Keep up the good work!

Good Cashiers and Bad Cashiers. After several attempts to pay by my card and my wife's, the card machine kept malfunctioning. Lisa the cashier threw my purchase down on the next register. She then rudely asked another cashier to ring me out. I asked her if I had done something wrong but got no answer. The cashier that did successfully ring me out was kind, but I did not get her name. I felt sorry for her as I could tell she knew I was treated wrong. As I was leaving I heard Lisa shout to somebody that her card reader was not working again. I choose ACE for my hardware needs, thankfully I have 3 to choose from that are close to my home. I may have to change the location for my home store in app. There is also that many big box (Lowes and Home Depot) stores near me also.

Great experience!! Angela, Clint and Tim are top notch representatives of Ace hardware. I painted my porch and Tim was so helpful in suggestions. When I was having issues with the trim paint mix separating even after stirring, Angela and Clint help guide me to another product that work out well. I am writing this because those 3 earned my business and loyalty
