Love this Ace. Best store in the neighborhood. So convenient and friendly knowledgeable staff. My husband AL is in their practically every day for our repair and upgrade needs. Matthew the store manager is awesome.

This store has everything you need usually but between the employees coming up to you and bothering you like car salesman, and the one grumpy manager named Scott I would rather just go to a different Ace hardware. I'll come here if I need something in a pinch nearby an emergency or something but if I need to I'll just go to the college Park one that's the best one!! I can shop in peace and ask a question and nobody minds and I don't have to leave frustrated because there's grumpy people that work there. Beautiful store but unfortunately employees / managers can ruin a business.

I don’t want to leave the parking lot without giving this place rave reviews! Randy is kind and helpful. He knew the screws very well— which is a tough skill at some places. Stephanie at the cash register knew where everything is in the aisles.
I went to the one off Park in Apopka several times.. it’s closer to my house. It’s terrible. Now I will drive past Lowe’s, Home Depot and the other Ace to get to this one. I was beginning to lose faith in Ace Hardware because of the Apopka Ace. This one of Hunt Club is exactly what you know of Ace.

5 stars to the sales rep Randy who assisted a senior citizen looking for 3 items in the store. 1 star for the manager Matthew who radioed him and told him "don't waste too much time w/ the customer..." The store appeared to be empty and it was a weekday afternoon. Thanks to the rep who provided excellent customer service, shame on the manager who made a customer feel like, customer satisfaction is not important for all customers.

They actually close at 7:25pm not 7:30. Even when I called ahead to confirm closing was at 7:30pm and I was 2 red lights away at 7:20pm. Pretty trash service for a small town company. Carter has been sent an email as well. This Ace is not the place. Stephanie, don't close your drawers til it's actually door locking time. Scott and some other guy employee was here as well at the time of my arrival before closing time.

I go out of my way to go to this Ace Hardware store. The store is well stocked, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and if you have questions, someone wiser than you is happy to answer your questions or offer ideas. Online orders are a breeze to pickup too if you’re just doing basic maintenance around the home and just need to make a quick stop. Really an all-around great experience. I haven’t been to a Lowe’s or Home Depot in years….no one there knows anything and their inventory systems are ALWAYS wrong. Stick with this Ace Hardware to save yourself time and headaches.
