I've been shopping at
Carter's Ace Hardware for years. The people are always knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. They have a nice selection of merchandise for home maintenance and repairs. They even have cleaning supplies and more!

I was there yesterday trying to find a product on my own and an Ace employee, Mike noticed that I might need help and came over and instantly found the product I was looking for. He was professional and friendly. The customer service here is always top notch!

It's wonderful that we have this hometown run businesses in our community and I enjoy shopping there.

I highly recommend Carter's Ace hardware.

Wow!! So impressed with the excellent service I received at Carter's Ace Hardware in Beverly Hills, FL. Several months ago I was in the store and noticed a Big Green Egg with Acacia wood table top and noticed how reasonable the price was......a month later I went back and curious to see if it was still available at the same price.....and it was. I worked with Curtis and Joe on the purchase and Joe and Josh on the delivery. Everything was so quick and easy. Carter's Ace Hardware delivers FIVE STAR customer service!!!!

Steve was great help in my purchase there of Stihl equipment. He has excellent experience and knowledge which guided my purchase. Buying local with staff who know products and care about you is best. Big Box stores often lack this.

This Ace location has improved tremendously. For a couple years I would not even step back into this store. Management customer service…were very sub par actually quite unpleasant. Nice store because it’s convenient. Prices are much higher here on pretty much everything.
And despite what you Google, this Ace store does not price match to the local HD or Lowe’s on in stock, exact sku items.

I went to ACE to try to get some seals to repair my two outdoor hose valves. it was so easy to get help and the employees there were focused on helping me an I was able to get the proper seals and they even helped me in putting them on the two valves that I brought in. This location exceeded my expectations and I will be back for anything I need, thank you ACE !.
