In November 2016, Carrollwood window and door installed hurricane windows on my one story home in Northwest Tampa. In May 2019 I had them put hurricane sliders in my home.. these windows annd doors all did their job with flying colors during hurricane Milton!!!I could not even tell how bad the winds were outside unless I open my front door, as the house is that quiet with my hurricane windows and doors. Very appreciative of having contacted Carrollwood Window and Door several years ago to do the work. Best money I ever spent!

Great to work with and did a quality job. They installed all the windows in our home with impact proof windows. It was a relief when the hurricanes came thru, not to worry about boarding up. I've recommended them to several friends and family.

I had a sliding glass door installed by this company in 2018. The materials from the manufacturer are perfect. HOWEVER, I found out recently (after Milton) that the door was installed incorrectly, allowing water to drain INTO the house instead of OUT of the house. I wasn't aware of this before because the slope is almost imperceptible and we haven't had a rain event like that in years. I reached out to Carrollwood Window & Door since the doors have a lifetime warranty and I was essentially told to go kick rocks. I sent pictures of the damage to my floors and asked that they repair the door frame and I would take care of the flooring repair myself. They looked at pictures and said "we can't see anything wrong" so go somewhere else and don't bother them again about it.

Worst of its kind. Guys kept making appointments over and over to fix our damaged windows and did nothing. They just sat in their trucks, would eat lunch and then walk in and out of the house with no purpose. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company broke one of my shutters and has dragged their feet to replace it with a match. I am trying to put my home on the market and cannot in it's current state. Such a simple fix, but instead I am now a disgruntled customer who can't, in good conscience, recommend this company. I have escalated to a supervisor, but no one has called me back. If you are the owner or know the owner and you're reading this, please call me. Your receptionist knows who I am.

Absolutely the best experience when buying windows and exterior doors. I’ve gotten windows from another contractor that was far less in every aspect from what this company provides. Much quicker in their process from quote to close. Top notch quality products and service. I received my order for PGT triple pane impact resistant windows and French doors in far less time than the previous company. Chris with the sales team, Bruce with the service follow up and David, Ray and Caleb with the immaculate install and awesome personalities to carry the name of the company. You can certainly tell when you’ve found a great, local, and family style business. Very professional and did an outstanding job through and through. Extraordinary turn around time and I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done (even in this hot, humid and rainy FL weather!) Thorough cleaning after the install and a great experience overall. It was a pleasure working with Carrollwood Window & Doors. After getting estimates from Home Depot and Lowe’s, and hearing how great they are and ones better than the other... I called Carrollwood and Shawn Therrien came out and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did not try and sell me products that I didn’t need or want, he just wanted to make sure we received a high quality product at a great price.

Not only was the sales process professional, the installation team was great. They replace 14 windows from 1972 in less than a day. They explained every step of the process and checked every window with me to make sure they operate properly. The crew was very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

If you are looking for windows, make sure Carrollwood Window & Doors is at the top of your list. Thanks again for a great job, we love the new windows.

By far one of the most professional groups we have dealt with. The Salesperson Shawn was able to point us to the right direction and replace our old windows with the Cadillac of windows. We got a couple of doors too. The install team was very professional and some of the coolest guys. They were clean, organized, and fast. No Issues at all and would 13/10 recommend
