I am so happy with my service! From the 1st estimate to the actual repairs, customer service was excellent. I needed my carpet stretched and they did a wonderful job. The man who did our estimate and the two men who showed up to repair the floor all showed up on time and were in and out of our home quickly with a job well done. Would absolutely reccomend this company!

I had a flood in my apartment-the carpet was fine but was pulled up from the ground. I was told I would be contacted about putting the carpet back but wasn’t for a few days so I called. They said they were pretty booked but could come the following day-just would call about the time. I have had visits in and out of my place to take care of the flooding and work a 12 hr night shift so I slept through the call-and if they came by and knocked it wasn’t loud. Brian left a message-I called back no answer. The next day I called again and Brian answered and was pretty rude. Saying they knocked and left multiple voicemails (the knocking wasn’t loud I guess and I only ever got the one voicemail.) He snapped that they aren’t working today(I wasn’t even saying it had to be today just trying to schedule it) and laughed when I asked if I could schedule the visit now. If it wasn’t a good time to talk he didn’t have to answer. I have now been dealing with this flooding for weeks of people coming in and out of my place and had to cancel plans to deal with it-and it isn’t my fault that the apartment complex didn’t give me a more solid time they were coming (I tried)-so that I could set my heavy duty alarm clock because I am a very heavy sleeper. I have tried to be asunderstanding as possible about the under staffing while I’m stressed out due to the flooding that I didn’t cause and I know that’s not Carla’s sunshine fault but would it kill you to be more understanding when you know the complexes you are contracted with. Some of the tenants like me have had to schedule stuff at times that are not ideal-like in the middle of my work week doing 12 hr factory night shifts and are tired and stressed out.
