This past Sunday, my wife and I went into this location to shop for more lighting fixtures for our newly built home. We spent over $15,000, at once, and all I ask for is a simple acknowledgement of hello this time. Not a single word from any staff member. It seems this kid was more engulfed in his TikTok, than customers. I will NOT LONGER DO BUSINESS HERE. We were going to buy alot more, now we're going elsewhere. Unacceptable.

My sales associate Andrea was the best. She educated me on the difference between AC and DC fan motors and how much air that needs to be pushed by the fan to be efficient. It allowed me to pick out the correct fans for my new home. Very satisfied with her assistance!
