Wow! I just experienced the best appliance service call I’ve had in YEARS!! “Barry”, from Cannons Appliance Service… is absolutely the best ever! He was on time in his given range, he was clean, courteous, respectful of my home, and never stopped a beat in working until the job was done. He shared some knowledge of my washer and companies that make appliances…and he cleaned up behind himself… Who does that in these days? Cannons n Barry— that’s who! 😉 Thank you Cannon’s App Service, for hiring such a great guy to represent your business! It’s true, your employees are a reflection of you. We had a family business for over 50 years and I thought business people like ourselves were long gone and forgotten. I shout out to anyone— if you need anything fixed to keep quality appliances in your home n NOT just “buying new”… Cannon’s is your company n Barry is your guy! 6 ⭐️’s out of 5 ⭐️Rating!!!

Went into cannons looking for a fill valve for my ice maker on my refrigerator Rick was there he was the technician and he acted like it was a real imposition to help me in any way. I went home and did get the correct model number and called three times and they promised that Rick would call me back, Rick never bothered to call me back I guess service and selling parts is not that important to the supposed appliance repair company. I told Rick I would add to my review Rick didn't call me back and assured me that there were no replacement parts for the refrigerator that I have which I had already found out period he also told me that he never got any of the messages that I left which was not his fault but that in the office personnel he did do his best to help me when he called back but he said there was nothing he could do since there were absolutely no replacement parts including aftermarket. I did promise him that I would put this on my review for Google he did follow up and call me

Cannon’s technician was supposed to be here by 9:30 am, we waited till 10:15 am, WE called THEIR office to find out what’s going on, received a call back at 10:35 am informing us that the technician would be here in around 30 (more) minutes. Very unprofessional, we just canceled the appointment. Definitely would not recommend.

Called Cannon appliances and they scheduled an appointment asap. She sent Chris the technician out to do the diagnostics. He immediately found the problem. They ordered a new ice maker. When I called them to check on it they were there the same day probably within an hour. Great great people and Chris did a great job, at a very fair price. I was in business for decades in Lakeland Florida in the floor covering business so I'm very familiar what's good customer service and what is it I would absolutely call them again they will be my go-to appliance people in the future.

We had a warranty call arranged by LG for our fridge/freezer. They use local appliance repair techs. Cannon's was the company that took this call. After they took the call, they texted a repair ticket number, and set a date almost a month wait. I understand companies are busy, but that's a long wait for a freezer gasket replacement.

After waiting, the tech (Hoffman) finally came. Communication was great, they gave us a 30 minute heads up. Even the tech (Hoffman) texted saying he was on the way. When he arrived, he came in the house, saw that it was the gasket that needed replacing, and then told us it wasn't a warranty call, and that we needed to pay him $98 and he would replace it. I asked for a minute to look up the communication from LG that clearly said it was to be covered under warranty, the tech said he wouldn't stand around waiting, or he would have to charge us for his time!!

By the time I had the email/text from LG stating the warranty info, he had walked out the door and left. I couldn't believe it!
I immediately messaged/called LG and they couldn't believe it either. They apologized and sent an actual LG tech to our home the very next day.

It honestly felt like a scam, and that this was a system that Hoffman and/or Cannon's does to customers. Try to get some cash out of them instead of going through the warranty claim. If this is how they treat all their customers, I would never call them again. I told LG to take them off the list as a servicing depot for their warranty calls. Very poor service.

I just had my oven repaired and I made a comment to the tech about how little time it took (less than 10 minutes). The tech then told me that he once fixed a refrigerator without looking. He proceeded to make a honking gesture while looking away and telling me the client was a Hooter's girl. He also stated that he misses the good old days when ladies used to sunbath and that now everyone is too worried about skin cancer. If you’re looking to feel insulted and uneasy about your safety in your own home, then by all means, consider using Cannon's.

Person who was sent out to service my fridge was RUDE to my mother. Told her I needed to call to reschedule and call someone who spoke “Spanish” and he threw his hands up in the air, cut her off and didn’t let her finish speaking before he was on the phone in front of her. We weren’t given instructions on what to do with the fridge before they came out. Now I have a broken fridge and have to schedule another appointment… definitely won’t be with these people. Bad service don’t recommend.
