Everyone at the store was super helpful, professional, and so nice! Hard to come across these days. Heather helped me the multiple times I was in, and she answered all my questions. It's very convenient to have this store right next to the campground. All we purchased were coffee and a bottle of wine. The coffee was what you would expect from a gas station and the price was fair. The wine had about a $2 markup from the winery itself. It's cool they they stocked Colorado wine!

The customer service and kindness by the lady working when we visited is unmatched. We bought a headlamp with a red light and did not have time before the star party to get triple a batteries and they did not have any at the store but she was very helpful in finding a solution and I was blown away by her kindness in helping us figure it out.

We weren't camping, but did spend 2 nights at the lodge farther in the park. This came in handy for some grab & go lunches we could take with us when visiting the highlights down by Cliff Palace & Mesa Top Loops during the day. Not the cheapest food options here, but certainly more reasonable than some of the meals at the different establishments at the Far View Area and Spruce Tree area. In addition to food, they offered other items you could expect to need or want while camping.
Right next door, they also have a decent-sized covered area with picnic tables, where they offer pancake (and more) breakfasts every morning (presumably just during the summer months).

Unlike the restaurant and showers/laundry next door, the camp shop sucks. The prices are ridiculous even for a national park. The employees are slow and kinda rude. If you can avoid this part of the park, do so.

Decent store, sort of like a gas station or convenience store. Very expensive though, so only go here if you have to. Fire wood for a small bundle was 8 dollars when we were here. It is nice how convenient it is, right close to the campground. The employees were pretty helpful and seemed knowledgeable.
