Went in last week looking for a new spa, Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. We quickly narrowed down the one we wanted, along with the accessories and made a great deal. On the delivery day he and his assistant maneuvered it back to our patio. (not an easy feat) removed the old one and hauled it away. They set everything up and tested that it was functioning.
We are truly enjoying this new spa, it's very comfortable, everything works as advertised and has turned our patio into a very peaceful oasis.

I had a hot tub issue that needed urgent attention (I had guests arriving the next day that were really looking forward to using it), and while California Hot Spas was not able to work on that model of spa, they connected me with someone who was able to show up the NEXT day and get it fixed, which was awesome. Not only that but the owner followed up with me a week or so later to see if it got fixed, even though they had not even worked on it. I was very impressed with their customer service and in helping someone out when it did not even benefit their own company. Thanks!

As someone new to hot tubs, I spent months researching and narrowed my choice down to a few based on price, capacity and features. I visited multiple retailers in the Sacramento area and ended up driving an hour north to California Hot Spas. This was a big investment so I had to get it right and the drive was worth it.

Steve answered all of my questions, and he was transparent and thorough in all of our communications. He sold me a Hot Springs Flash at a price I was comfortable with and could not find elsewhere. Delivery, set up, steps and starter kits were included. Steve and his crew did a hell of job fitting the hot tub through some narrow spots in my backyard. Great first time buying experience, and it will not be a one-and-done transaction since Cal Hot Spas has the supplies and will ship everything I need to enjoy my new hot tub. Thanks, Steve.

Steve and his coworkers were great. We had previously owned a Cal Spa model, but decided to try to the Fresh Salt System Hot Springs Limelight Flash. It was a little more than we had budgeted for but Steve gave us a very fair price and we are so glad to have made this purchase. Steve communicated well throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions setting my mind at ease. No pushy salesman here. Steve and his two employee even delivered to us in Chico on A Saturday and hauled off our old spa for a reasonable price. If you are in Chico it is definitely worth the short drive to Live Oak to check these guys out. Great service, price, and quality line of hot tubs. This is a small town local business owner who is treating his customers right. Highly recommended!
