I’ve taken my mower there three times and it still have issues, seems like the mechanic does the minimum to get it running and doesn’t address any other issues. It just seems it runs when I bring it home and a week or two later it won’t crank. Simple stuff they’re ok but anything that’s complicated I wouldn’t recommend. The Store is well stocked and separate from the repair shop, they have always been helpful and friendly. Guess good help is hard to find.

Found everything that I expected after calling them. Everyone was helpful. The have a small engine repair shop, it appears. Their prices are more reasonable than Lowe's or Home Depot. The store is also cleaner, more well organized, faster to get in and out of, and just a better "Hardware Store".

Some things cost a bit more. However, service is great. They are knowledgeable, unlike, the orange and blue corporations. If you want to save a few bucks keep going to big box and see where that gets us in the future. We need small stores like Caldwells

I brought in my new leaf blower for repairs and even though I purchased it somewhere else they serviced it under warranty. Friendly staff and fast turn around. Next time I buy yard equipment I'll buy directly from them.

Always friendly folks! It is a little higher on some items but the convenience is worth every penny! Drive to Lowes and save .25 or support a great local owned business with friendly service? It's a simple choice unless you enjoy chasing down a guy in red vest that doesn't know what you talking about 🙂

Always friendly service. Been going there for years for a variety of merchandise & still find new items almost every time i visit. Painting supplies, household repair indoor & out, plumbing supplies, Gardening supplies & equipment, chainsaws, weed eaters, blowers, heaters, lightbulbs, saw blades, power tools.. anything you might be looking for could probably be found here at a reasonable price. They even have a whole room dedicated for nuts, bolts, nails, & screws of any size you could imagine! Way to go the extra mile!
