Eric Claussen at cabinets to go has great customer service. Even though they couldn't technically sell us our hinges we need they gave them to us. Also they us where to get more if we need any. Our experience with Cabinets to go was easy and painless. We brought in measurements and an idea of how we wanted our new kitchen. Eric Claussen programmed it into the computer and sent us home with a schematic. We made a few adjustments and contacted Eric back. He made the changes and then we approved the final plans. It was a wonderful experience and Eric is very knowledgeable and has good computer skills. The quality of the cabinets are great and we look forward to seeing our dream kitchen finished.
We live an hour from a showroom. We went to the store the first time to pick out the style and color and then everything else was done over the phone and e-mail. So easy for us.
