My cabinet order arrived on time and undamaged to my neighbors home to be installed for her. Once you build the first cabinet ànd understand the process you move along quick with cabinet assembly.
one thing we learned was to leave the doors and selfies off the upper cabinets, this makes them lighter to handle and easily to hold up in place to install. Great cabinets and she saved several thousand dollars over the competition.

What a great experience. Brandy was exceptional at putting together our kitchen design. Not to mention the caring and thought about our desires and how she presented different ideas. She made it seemless and delivery went perfect and quickly. We will be back for more! Such a pleasant experience for such an important event! Our new kitchen is going to be awesome. Very disappointed in the customer service of the holly hill store. We redid our entire kitchen through them. Some end panels were on back order and to date we still do not have a completed kitchen. We could not install the quarter round or toe kicks because those panels were on back order. Every time I call I’m told they will look into it and get back to me. Never a returned phone call. Emails go unanswered as well. Even stopped into the store and didn’t get any answers. I guess my next step is a breach of contract claim. They certainly wouldn’t order any cabinets until the balance was paid but they can ignore us and not complete my kitchen. I do love the cabinets but wish the kitchen was completed.

My first project with them was our kitchen which came out beautiful no complains there the only issue we encounter is their party people they used to do our granite and they scratch our stainless sink which they ended up replacing but we never replaced it because it was going to cost extra money to install the new one. We came back for our second project looks like they ended up changing few rules because of the issue we had. However their qualify items are nice and good. The best helpful person in there is Rebecca.

It’s a long review because it was a long mess!! Started the process in July 2024 for kitchen renovation- the store employee did the design plan, sent their person to measure, he was a no show and stated the scheduled appt was different despite us texting date/time and address. After finally getting the measurement completed I the had issues with installation- their installer also had mult issues with keeping appointments and had mult issues with installing the cabinets using his own workers. 5 cabinet doors were damaged by installers attaching the door hinges requiring replacement and additional appointments. Not all parts arrived and we discovered that the original plan was flawed and didn’t work, also requiring new cabinets to be ordered- more delays and additional scheduling issues. The kitchen was finally completed in Oct. The store emp that did the design was no longer there due to , as they put it, “ mult issues”- I would agree!! I had ordered a bathroom vanity base, sink top and matching tower -all from them. It took months to arrive and was installed incorrectly 2x, requiring replacement of a face plate due to screw holes being visible from flawed install. After second install the sink top would not sit on the vanity base and the Left lower door would not be open all the way-it was stopped by the wall/baseboard trim. I asked installer about the cabinet needing to have a trim piece next to wall to move cabinet over and allow the door to open properly-he replied “there is no such trim”. I contacted the store and cust service regarding this-was told to email my issues I did and had to wait days to get a response. Was delayed waiting for a response and finally talked to Holly Hill store who also called cust service and was told while I stood there someone would call me. Again I waited and emailed requesting Refund of the bathroom set up explaining my consent issues with install and was told someone will get with you-another week went by no response. I was contacted by a different installer who claimed he was to come fix the issues and some trim was being sent- where was this trim with the original order
I explained I had no faith in their installers and wanted to return items for a refund totaling approx $1500. I had emailed Marena with my concerns and request for refund already. Again I went to store and they spoke to the Customer service Mgr Christy (she would not speak to me) who said they are sending another installer- I declined and requested to speak to a supervisor in cust support. While in the store on a Friday at 430p I was told Christy and the CEO would call me the following Monday re my refund. Again no reply. They continually refuse to respond and insist that I allow another person to try to fix their flawed work. The store staff even echoed concerns with the installer I had. Cust service is nonexistent and a resolution is not provided. I will be filing a complaint with the Better business Bureau as well. This has been a nightmare from the beginning. They provide no cust service/support. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR ADS

Very poorly run business. promises the work and delivers short. i’ve given him 5 mos. and 15 Grand to complete my project and i’m Still missing finish piece of quartz. Rather then wasting my time calling and texting I’ll just let you know about his “QUALITY”. and how he operates.
Cabinets are starting to settle and door gaps are widening, the self closing features of cabinet drawers are failing in numerous places. The thickness of the Granite is different from section to section and the seams where they joined the Granite present their self as rough. .The owner blamed his granite people but ultimately it falls on him….BUYER BEWARE !!! he presents himself as a man of God but bears no fruit.

Had my cabinets installed December 2023.
Had a little mixup with the ordering, but it was corrected. Then I had a 6 inch space under the counter which a door was made for, but there was no flooring in it, and also the wall where my island was was plastered, but never finished had contacted them numerous times to get this finished before I move. It is now end of September and still not completed.
I had left several text messages for the contractor, sent him pictures of what needed to be done before I moved and no reply whatsoever, mailbox was always full.
