I just recently ordered and had installed the most beautiful marble countertop for my guest bathroom from this wonderful company! They had a huge selection of countertops, so there was a ton to choose from! I worked with Account Manager, Rebecca, and she was so professional and an absolute pleasure! Rebecca answered all of my many questions and was extremely patient with me. She helped me find solutions to my problems at home with the way my bathroom is setup. Rebecca also helped me pick out the right stone and made sure it was cut right and cut on the best part of the stone. Once I picked out the stone, they had a guy named Tannon come out to measure within 2 days. Tannon was a sweetheart and very precise with his measurements. He was also very professional! The stone was then cut and installed 2 days later. The installers were kind and did an excellent job too! This company's prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them and I will be using them again on our master bathroom later this year.

From the moment we entered the CCM facility to the final day of our kitchen remodel we have been extremely happy with the service and quality of work. Throughout the process we always dealt with knowledgeable, polite and professional people. Mateo started the process for us and took us on our journey to locate cabinets and countertops. He helped guide us to make our ultimate decisions. Within a few days Danika was emailing us beautiful 3D designs of our new kitchen. She was so patient with us during the back and forth emails and phone calls. She only wanted to make us happy! Once the design was complete Brian, one of the owners, personally came over to take measurements and discuss further design options. This was our first home renovation project and we were blown away with how thorough and detailed the process was. Everyone we came into contact with at CCM was amazing! When Elvin and his crew arrived (Charlie and David) they completed demolition in one day, even with us making a few adjustments! All work completed was done with a smile on their faces! The project stayed on timeline and the crew even came after business hours to put our appliances back together! We highly recommend CCM for your remodel and will continue to use them in the future! (I think we hear the bathrooms calling!?) Thank you to everyone! We are so happy and look forward to working with you again on future projects!

I totally recommend this place for your Kitchen Cabinets and countertop needs. I had the pleasure to work with Danica throughout the whole process. She was really patient with all the changes I made until I finally placed my order ( we are talking about two month lapse time). Danica is a great listener and will help you get the best value for your money.

All that follows is true. I would give this company a zero or minus one if I could, joining several other people that gave them terrible ratings. I was jerked around, stalled, given excuses for 5 months REPEAT 5 MONTHS from the date of the down payment, 2/12/24 until the job was finished, 7/11/24.

I should have known when no one showed up for a Saturday appointment then they tell me sometime later that the employee was sick

They're Olympic class phonys when it comes to delays and excuses - pointing to the empty chair, variations on the 'dog ate my homework', the check's in the mail, and more to explain many delays, non-performance, and non-responsiveness. My $1,000 deposit was held as a type of extortion to force me to either lose that deposit or go along with the job.

Also, the job was not even done as contracted - 1/4" round edge on the countertop. It was delivered with a square edge - no round at all. We chose to accept the square edge to limit our interaction and trouble with this awful company to a minimum and get them out of our lives ASAP.

The installers began to tear up the walls for a backsplash until I stopped them. The 'contract' (such as it was merely an invoice), explicitly stated no backsplash.

The hole in the countertop for the sink was too small and was only realized after the countertop was installed! The countertop had to be removed, brought back to their fabrication shop to be fixed and then reinstalled. Although they jerked me around for 5 months before performing their end of the bargain, 5 minutes after the plumber left they called and demanded the final payment.

They also damaged a 1" X 14" strip of formica edging. When I called, a worker was sent, looked at the damage and said nothing could be done. Too bad. I had to find a handyman to pay $100 to repair the damage.

In sum, I wouldn't hire this company to change a light bulb. Cabinets, etc., taught me to never, NEVER go with an independent. From now on it's either Home Depot or Lowe's, companies with integrity and accountability that are responsible to do what was agreed upon without delays, stories, and excuses.

We love our new counter tops. The installers Danny & Zack were courteous and professional. Now comes the hard part of picking out a nice back splash tile...

What a terrible experience!! I was in contact with Robert. From the beginning until the end everything was a challenge. They gave me an appointment with the templetor who never show up the first day. He finally came the next day. I gave him all the information of the design with pictures, he never reported them to the office. After over a month of negotiation about the price and the sqft he gave me a delivery date in October 14th. I confirmed 2 days before everything was ok. Robert told me I need to change everything because my slab was not big enough. They couldn’t do the backsplash. The first template was 69sqft, I didn’t change anything. Now he announced me the total was 94sqft because of the edge I picked. It didn’t make any sense. I accepted the remove the backsplash in order to make it fit but I requested to have the leftover slab.
They finally installed the island and countertop. They forgot to cut the cooktop. It was of the plan since day 1. They did a crack on the countertop. I requested bullnose edges only on the island, but they didn’t respect the design and they did it even on the countertop. The edges are poorly done. They are not smooth at all. I’m so disappointed. It look old and ugly. It was a beautiful slab, solid rock, they just ruined it. Almost 2 months to get this kind of job, it’s a shame. Of course I never got the leftover of my slab.

Robert Scott was our consultant. He was amazing. He was never too busy when we called with al the questions we had. Whenever we made a last minute change, he was never upset and made the change seamlessly. The finished product speaks for itself. We got cabinets, countertop, & backsplash. Judge for yourself! Just beautiful.

Dan and Zack were my installers and they did a phenomenal job. The install was perfect and was performed correctly the first time. There was a post install service call which was also handled professionally and without a problem (and the service issue was 100% resolved to my satisfaction). Overall, extremely pleased with the service. Whenever I need countertops in the future, they’ll have my repeat business.
