When Chase worked for them he did a great job. He left in middle of job (likely because terrible bosses). We should have followed. Horrible cabinets from JSI. Our blue island chipped early on and all over with very little usage. Our floors are cracked because not put down well. Our cabinets are slamming. Never made right. Several failed attempts to fix our kitchen. Even ignored our lawyer. They claim to be Christian (one reason we were happy to use them) but have not behaved in a Christian manner. We just want things made right. Do not use them. They don’t keep warranty and do not stand by their work. Very unfortunate. Very displeased.

We had a contractor that was doing repairs to our kitchen and other rooms due to an appliance leak. That contractor caused more damage than they fixed and we finally fired them and started looking for a cabinet company on our own. We found Cabinet Country, LLC through Facebook marketplace and were skeptical at first. Our first meeting with Tom assured me that this guy knew what he was doing and knew what he was talking about. I could tell by his mobile showroom that he was no "fly by night" operation. His mobile showroom is awesome!

The prior contractor told me it would take 8-12 weeks once the cabinets were ordered to get them in and then the granite would be another 3 weeks or more. Then they said due to COVID-19 this could be more. From the time we first met with Tom, it was 8 days till the cabinets were delivered and sitting in my garage. A day of expert assembly and on the 10th day the cabinets were installed. I was so impressed when he set up a laser on a tripod and leveled all the cabinets perfectly on our uneven floor. The granite countertops were templated a day later and within a week we had new granite installed and WOW what a difference it made.
What we were told by others was going to take 2-3 months, was completed in less than 20 days with no surprises or excuses. Just great customer service and exceptional craftsmanship.

Had a really good experience with this company. The cabinets are a good quality at a fair price. I decided to install the cabinets myself so they sent the cabinets assembled to my house. One of the cabinets was damaged but Tyler my sales rep did an excellent job in getting me a replacement very quickly. He was always available anytime I texted him with my concerns. I would not hesitate to use this company again if the need arises.

Still waiting on half of the cabinets my daughter paid for. Cabinet Country deliver half of the items they got paid for. Look at the pictures stay away from this company. They did not do the installation but it could not be complete because of the missing items. It's been for months since 3/3/2021. We have 3 small children and one on the way. These cabinets where paid in full.

Great local company that we have worked with on numerous commercial projects. They have always come through for us and are very easy to work with even when an unforeseen problem arose they came up with great solutions to help me meet my deadline. I have seen many of their finished residential projects and the end result is always amazing. Our new kitchen is currently being designed by them and my wife couldn’t be happier.

I recently had my kitchen installed by Cabinet Country. I was super excited to work with a small town family business. I’m super disappointed in the way they handled my entire transaction. It all went south when the sales guy left. I had to repay the military discount that he gave me. My roll out shelving never happened because it wasn’t itemized on the deal. The cabinets weren’t hung to the specs agreed upon and then needed to be moved because adequate space wasn’t left for the refrigerator. The installer backed his trailer into my RV and never mentioned it. I felt intimidated being alone so I just got a police report after he left. While he was at the house I was able to get some adjustments made to doors not matching, damaged fronts that were installed and some of the crown moulding cut evenly. However, he dragged my refrigerator, sideways, across my new travertine floors. I asked him not to because it would damage the stone floors. There’s now grooves from the kitchen to the family room. I texted Cabinet Country for a solution and no response.
Buyer beware. There’s a reason they charged 100% labor and materials before the job. It took months to finish my kitchen!

Tom was absolutely amazing! We are so pleased with our kitchen and Tom helped us every step of the way from design, to picking the right countertop to installation, he was right there! He always answered his phone and never made me feel like I was pestering him, even after hours! Thank you so very much for updating our 30 year old kitchen and making it look gorgeous. The quality of the material is beautiful and the professionalism and promptness of every worker we dealt with was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend you and Cabinet Country.
