I went to Butlers looking for the perfect sectional couch for my living room. Nick assisted me and was very patient working with me. He was up front on what he thought would best suit my house (dogs and cat). Even after I left the store, he kindly answered every question I still came up with. The first sectional I picked out was as soft as a rabbit. I’m a spontaneous shopper and didn’t measure my walls/space before I picked the couch. The day before it was set to be delivered I called him and let him know that particular couch was going to be too big and I needed to cancel my delivery. He was completely understanding and told me to go back up and find another one. He knew I had been wanting a sectional for years. The day I went back up, he was off work. This time I spoke with Danielle. She was just as friendly and helpful. She sat down with me and figured out the size of couch I needed and got it ordered for me. They put me on the schedule for it to be delivered, but I was so excited. I just went and picked it up. The quality of the furniture is great. The cushions seem like they are going to hold up very well And I am going to have it for quite some time. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service and attention. I was provided along with the quality of furniture I purchased. My grandparents used to buy all of their furniture from Butler and I will do the same.

My wife and I purchased a new queen size bed and mattress Friday from here. Our sales lady was absolutely terrific!! All of the employees were very nice and helpful. I recommend Butler furniture to anyone looking for something new for their home. Thank you Casey for all of your help!!

I was happily surprised when I shopped at Butler Furniture. When I walked in the door, the first thing I said was WOW. The huge showroom features awesome furnishings for my entire home. And, from the best brands. There's no reason to drive to NW Arkansas, Springfield, or Little Rock.

Phenomenal!! Brad Butler was so helpful and knowledgeable. Also very courteous and not pushy as I was checking EVERYTHING out.. lol. I would absolutely recommend this store if you are looking to upgrade your furniture. Really a great experience working with this company!

Butler Furniture in Mountain Home Arkansas is like home away from home! The owners and staff are helpful, cheerful and welcoming. They greet you as soon as you walk in just to say hello and help in any way they can! Definitely the best home town kind of feel with perfect professionalism and knowledge! Best Furniture store!

I bought a Mlily power base bed by Ashley with Latex foam with cooling and have loved it so much I'm telling all my friends about it. I've explained that my back and hips no longer hurts after a night sleep. I've even showed many of my friends how it works and allowed them to lay on it. One of my friends bought a power bed this last week. I'm sure she is going to love it as much as I do mine. Butler Furniture is A #1 in my book.
