Ace Hardware has decent customer service, and the staff is usually helpful when I need assistance. There have been times when they’ve gone above and beyond, which I appreciate.

However, there are some drawbacks. They don’t honor the coupons they hand out, which is frustrating. Their prices are noticeably higher than Home Depot, making it less appealing for larger purchases. Additionally, their stock is often limited, so I can’t always find what I need.

The 3-star rating reflects the generally good customer service, but the pricing, stock limitations, and coupon issues hold it back from being a go-to store for me.

This is a great small hardware store that has things that the big ones don't have sometimes. I always get my keys made here too because they always work or they'll remake them also the staff is polite and helpful. I would recommend this place especially to nearby residents!

I checked the app and the price is different than listed in the store. Home Depot is even cheaper, but I wanted to give Ace local business a try. They would not match the price from their own app. Although the difference was just a couple of dollars it’s just about the principal. Why gave your customer a hard time?

I’ll just go to Home Depot and get it for less.

Ace is the best. Walk in there, and employees actually want to help you! And they know what they are talking about.

I see others mention their prices. They have to be more expensive, they do way less volume that HD. Plus they give you customer service! I will shop here any time and pay a little bit more just for that.

Great place to go for oftentimes unique hardware items. I was searching for odd sized screws for attaching brackets to my new Double DIN head unit in my car. Home Depot didn't have them, but Ace did!
