Avoid this company at all costs. A total scam. Ordered an item in February 2024, chased multiple times and advised of shipping delays over and over. Eventually in June 2024 requested a refund. This was promised in excess of 6 times...still not received my money back and don't expect to at this point. My CC company won't refund as outside of the 180 days. Do not use this company. I plan to report to the CA dept of consumer affairs.

Update: I demanded a refund once again and got an email back saying their accounting system changed and to get a refund they need to bank account and routing #!!!! OMG! How stupid do they think people are? Sure... you have stolen all of this money from customers and you continue to do so, and now you want me to offer up my bank info?!?

I share the same sentiment as others. Orders are placed and items are never sent. They are basically stealing money from customers. I ordered something in January and never received it and they have not refunded my money. It was past the time to dispute the charge with my cc - I would have reported it sooner but they kept promising the item was coming. I have since reported to BBB. This place is a scam. Do not do business with them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Reported them to my CC company and all business bureaus. They are a scam company. I placed an order on 7-18 and never received an update on my order after 3 separate emails, multiple attempts to call and submitting a request for an update online. If they aren't already out of business then it's only a matter of time. The reviews speak for themselves. I look forward to ensuring they are investigated.

UPDATE: Burke Decor finally sent me a refund for the product they never sent.
PRIOR REVIEW: I should've read the reviews; I'm having the same issue everyone else is having. I ordered a product 10 months ago. I hadn't received the items 8 weeks later, so I contacted them and they apologized and told me the manufacturer had received more orders than expected and there was a delay at the warehouse. They told me it would be another 2 months. I checked in after that time and I heard a similar story - more empty apologies. Variations of this occurred several times until I finally just asked for a refund. Radio silence. I've emailed several times, tried their support chat via the website, and I've left voicemails. Not a single reply. This company is the worst.

0 stars!!! This company is THE absolute worst company ever! I purchased a beautiful piece for our master bathroom. I ordered it in April, found out it wasn’t getting shipped until June, waited until the second week of June to ask when it was being shipped. I received a response two weeks later and was informed it would not be shipping until August. I canceled my order and would like a refund. It’s August 5th and still have not received my refund. I have sent multiple emails and I have called. This is such a joke!! DO NOT purchase anything from them! They are thieves!!! I need my money back!! I’m so mad!!! I’m not sure how this company is even up and running and allowed to do this to people!!

0 STARS!! I had placed an order in January 2024 and was told it was on back order until mid Feb. I waited and nothing. They strung me along until April. I then asked to cancel my order and requested a refund. It is now September and still NO REFUND. I followed up every month and they’ve had every excuse on the book.

Do not order from this company!!! Wish I had read the reviews before, SCAMMERS.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have the same issue as everyone else. Ordered items in November 2023, when they still didn't show up in February, I cancelled the order which Burke Decor happily agreed to and told me I would receive a refund in 7-14 days. To date, I still have not received a refund, any attempts to contact them are either ignored or I am told their credit card processing system is down. Now if I reach out, they just ghost me. Do not buy from this company.

This company is a scam. Please do NOT order items from them. I wish I had read the countless reviews - from people like me - who placed an order, never received the item, and never received a refund. I paid $1599.00 for a Mika sideboard in early March, 2024, which was supposed to arrive within 2-3 weeks. Subsequently, I received a notice that the sideboard was delayed by 10-12 weeks and I was offered a refund. I opted for a refund on March 16, 2024. I have still NOT received a refund, despite repeated and consistent requests. After doing some research, I’ve learned this is a common practice of Burke Decor. Customers order an item, are told the item is significantly delayed, offered a refund and then never receive the refund. Customers finally give up fighting, which Burke Decor relies on, and lose out on significant amounts of money. I read that Erin Burke, the owner, faces financial trouble and has balked out on bank loans, and is now being sued by banks for failing to comply with financial obligations. I feel that this company’s practices are not only unethical but potentially criminal. I have written to the state’s attorney general’s office and the Better Business Bureau. All to say, DO NOT buy from Burke Decor.
