Very Polite and professional receiving department. Fairly quick unloading. DRIVERS DOCKS HAVE LIMITED SPACE TO WORK WITH, AND YOU HAVE TO USE/BLOCK THE STREET TO BACK INTO THE DOCKS. Easy does it! Slide tandems to the rear, and chock your wheels.. Let them know if you have Auto Dump trailer, trailer will sit too low if your airbags deflate.

This is the worst company to deal with. Please save your time and money and find anywhere else to get your building supplies. They have shipped us the wrong doors 3 times now. They shipped us the wrong trim. They have cost us 3+ months in delays and now we have been waiting 1+ months for a refund. It's ridiculous.

Chad was amazing!! I bought a rail that was too long to fit in my car. He went out of his way to help me put it in and wrap twine around it so it wouldn't fall out.

The first time we went in, they were very polite and helpful. I was able to get the moldings and trims I wanted and ordered a newel post. At that time I also asked for pricing on balusters. Chad told me he'd have to email the distributer to get that info and would call with the answer in a couple of days. A week later when I went in to pick up the post, I asked about the baluster price. Chad looked at me with what I perceived to be annoyance and said "they haven't gotten back to me" and went back to doing whatever he was doing. In my experience, if you haven't heard back you'll need to follow up again. Thus I searched around and spent my money elsewhere. A few weeks later I went in to get more trim and inquire about railings. It was getting close to closing time by the time I got waited on, so I was sent to a woman in the front offices to look into the railings while the guy in back pulled the lumber I needed. She was very pleasant and helpful, but again I was told an email would have to be sent to get the pricing. She sent the email as well spoke and said she hoped to have a response first thing in the morning, because if that was the case and we ordered by noon, it would arrive in just 2 days - their next delivery day. I never heard back from her, but I was able to get what I needed at Front Range Lumber in Lakewood. The 3rd and final attempt at spending my money at their business, I called to see if they had a 12 foot board of a specific type of wood in stock. The woman I spoke with said she would have the guys in back check and would give me a call back. (I had already called Front Range, they looked and called me back within minutes, unfortunately they didn't have it so I had to shop around). Well, 6 hours later, about 10 minutes before closing time, I called back because I never heard from them. They had already turned their answering system on so I could not speak with anyone. I never did hear back and have decided, even if I really need something they likely have, I'll go to Front Range even if it has to be ordered.

Apparently if you're not a contractor your money isn't as good because your small potatoes. Oh well, their loss. My house is a complete gut rehab. We may not have needed much from them this winter, but we're now replacing every interior door, and as soon as the weather turns, we will be replacing 4 large sliding glass doors and 2 other entry doors, as well as every single window (dozens), replacing/expanding our deck and building a large outbuilding. If they would have bothered to call me back the three times they ghosted me, they'd have gotten a lot more business. Well, 3 strikes and you're out.

Tyler is very helpful. He took the time to go to the yard with me. We found the product in the yard and took the time to look at it directly. He also assured me that he will get it ordered and delivered as soon as possible. These guys are always a great help!

Came in here to look at doors. The man at the front told me to wait at the yard counter for service, which I thought was weird. Waited for 20 minutes while the sleepy woman at the counter waited on contractors who cut in line. Then she said I was in the wrong place. And this is after asking a man working in the yard if I was in the right line. Terrible service. If this is how they treat you before they take your money can't imagine what jerks they would be after you purchase. There are a lot of people working here but absolutely no one cares about the customer. In fact, as I was telling a manager about the poor service a bunch of people sitting at desks started laughing. Stay away from this place.

Can’t get a return call or email. I’ve been a customer for a long time but I guess they don’t have time for me now that I’m only doing small jobs and property management. Last email that I finally got back from their window sales department said they’d get back to me last monday and here it is Friday again. Before that I didn’t even get a response for my email until I left a phone message as well. Must be nice to have all the customers you need!
