Have to say, we are very pleased with our new washer. Keeping business local is still the way to go. Price was comparable to the big box stores. More importantly Brubaker services what they sell with their own technicians. You can actually call and talk to a live local person.
Delivery was exactly on time and the delivery folks made sure all was just right before leaving.

The installer Dan was equally great and used his experience to note the options for using the small space for the washer and future needs for a dryer. Installers phoned ahead. Arrived when expected. Used material to protect wooden floors. Two men worked as a team, no standing around idle. Due to narrow doorways they removed handles the took old refrigerator out, placing it in the basement as my backup. Then efficiently installed the new refrigerator, discussed the value of an extended warranty and provided instruction on temperature settings and filter replacements. A fantastic experience!

We purchased a refrigerator two years ago. Against better judgement I also purchased the warranty. Since the fridge has been in our home it leaked when you used the water dispenser. We have had their tech out multiple times to fix this issue only to have him tell me that all water dispensers leak for a few seconds when used. I wish that I could put a video of this leak on this site there would be no question to anyone that this fridge is broken. I just received a return phone call from the appliance manager who confessed to knowing nothing about the problems that we have been having. Didn’t know about the many phone calls and the number of times their tech was in our home. Had no idea there was an issue. This was the APPLIANCE MANAGER!
I wish I had just gone to Home Depot.
